(ANTIWAR.COM) — WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was unable to attend a court hearing in London on US attempts to extradite him, with his lawyer saying he is simply too ill to make an appearance, and has been relocated to his prison’s medical ward.
A statement from WikiLeaks reported Assange’s health had “significantly deteriorated” from his seven years inside the Ecuadorian embassy, and in his seven weeks in British prison, he has gotten worse and is losing a lot of weight.
The court has adjourned the extradition hearing until June 12, and has indicated that it will be held inside Belmarsh prison at that time, which may allow Assange to attend, health permitting.
Assange is facing 50 weeks in prison in Britain for hiding in the embassy. The US wants him extradited, and charges already disclosed under the Espionage Act would have him facing 170 years in prison….
Importing foreign born refugees from western atrocities as a social wedge for the purpose of domestic social control is not creating diversity, it’s creating polarization. If you don’t want to fall prey to the stupidity of racism, look to the puppetmasters who consciously utilize it behind a mask of humanitarian concern.
John Cleese hit back at critics who savaged him for a tweet in which he said that London is no longer an English city by tweeting, “I prefer cultures that do not tolerate female genital mutilation.”
As we reported yesterday, the actor came under fire from the left after tweeting “London was not really an English city any more,” explaining that his friends who visited from abroad confirmed his observation.
This prompted a deluge of condemnation, primarily from celebrities who live in the whitest areas of London and the UK. London Mayor Sadiq Khan also reacted to the comment, insisting “diversity is our greatest strength”.
However, Cleese was not cowed and doubled down with another tweet in which he asserted that some cultures were better than others.
“I think it’s legitimate to prefer one culture to another,” said the Monty Python icon. “For example, I prefer cultures that do not tolerate female genital mutilation. Will this will be considered racist by all those who hover, eagerly hoping that someone will offend them – on someone else’s behalf, naturally.”
Despite female genital mutilation being made illegal in the UK three decades ago, the first actual prosecution related to FGM only occurred earlier this year.
There are an estimated 137,000 victims of FGM living in England and Wales.
And yes, Cleese is completely correct – some cultures are better than others.
Are vaccines contaminated? Are they potentially deadly? Garth Nicolson, whistle-blowing microbiologist (see THE DAY LILY PROJECT), addresses these questions in this excerpt from Dr. Nicolson’s talk at the Common Cause Medical Research Foundation Conference in Sudbury, Aug 29-31, 2008.
The phrase “safe and effective” is rapidly becoming a one-line joke applicable to a broad range of medical atrocities.
One of the most dangerous experiments that mankind has ever embarked upon is DARPA’s desire for gene drive technology. Scientists now have the knowledge and the tools they need to create and deliver “Doomsday genes” which can selectively target and exterminate an entire species.
According to Sputnik News, and as previously reported by SHTFPlan, the United States highly-secretive and advanced military research body DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) announced that it will invest tens of millions of dollars into genetic extinction research. While the official aim of this research is said to be fighting harmful insects, like mosquitos which carry Malaria, there are significantly darker implications and speculations surrounding the possible use of such a tool.
Joe Joseph of The Daily Sheeple said a quick Google search would give you enough information to let you know how horrific this kind of technology can be. “…and you’ll find it fascinating just at how unbelievable a weapon this could be, how unintentionally mistakes can be made that can cause irreversible damage…irreparable damage…to the human race. And I mean, FAST!” Joseph said. “A gene drive…if let’s just say there’s a mistake, you could feasibly wipe out the human race in a very very short period of time. It’s an unbelievable tool at the disposal of madmen.”…
I believe that it is now a firmly established fact that Western Industrialization has been harmful to the planet. Ecosystems have been disrupted, species have become extinct, soil has been degraded, and our water and air have become polluted in ways that we know for certain are harmful to human life and to life on the planet in general.
Human beings of conscience have long petitioned our leaders to make changes, and in the obvious absence of any meaningful actions on the part of our governments and industries to stem the tide of pollution and degradation, our planet has continued to suffer.
The impact of Western Industrialization on ‘climate change’ is a bit of a different animal. Since Al Gore’s presentation of ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ back in 2006, the argument was made that Western Industrialization through the use of fossil fuels was creating a “greenhouse effect” in the atmosphere and, if nothing was done to reduce greenhouse gas emissions–and most importantly CO2 emissions–then the planet would experience cataclysmic disasters threatening all forms of life on the planet.
Naturally, many people of conscience applauded the revelations and vowed to support initiatives that sought to reduce carbon emissions in our society. The only problem–and it still remains today–is that there is no way of proving that increased CO2 levels cause global warming.
With all the proven and clearly demonstrable negative environmental effects of Western Industrialization, we should be looking with a Spockian eyebrow into why it is only CO2 emissions that continues to get the lion’s share of attention from politicians, activists, and lobby groups. It would also be helpful to examine why these groups try to convince us of the virtual certainty that CO2 is the culprit of our climate woes, and dismiss any alternative views as coming from ‘deniers.’…
The original title is Technology Is Becoming Indistinguishable From Reality but I’m not sure what they mean by “reality” here. After all “deep fakes” are just fakes of fakes. A “real” human face on a 2D computer screen is just as fake as a deep fake of a face projected on the same screen. There’s nothing there but electronics. This entire society is based on simulation and hearsay. Did 9/11 ever happen at all? I wasn’t in NYC, were you? If a thousand talking heads appeared on your TV to say the same thing, it’s still not as credible as what we experience with our own biological senses when we go outside and sit in the grass. An obvious point I know, but it’s worth keeping in mind the assumptions we make about the reliability of how we “experience” the world. There’s a vast political, economic and technical infrastructure which brings “reality” into our minds. We’re already in the matrix.

New research out of Loma Linda University Health suggests that unsupportive parenting styles may have several negative health implications for children, even into their adult years.
The study found that the telomeres — protective caps on the ends of the strands of DNA — of subjects who considered their mothers’ parenting style as “cold” were on average 25% smaller compared to those who reported having a mother whose parenting style they considered “warm.”
Research has found that early-life stress is associated with shorter telomeres, a measurable biomarker of accelerated cellular aging and increased disease risk later in life.
“Telomeres have been called a genetic clock, but we now know that as early life stress increases, telomeres shorten and the risk of a host of diseases increases, as well as premature death,” said Raymond Knutsen, MD, MPH, lead author of the study and associate professor at Loma Linda University School of Public Health. “We know that each time a cell divides, the telomeres shorten, which shortens its lifespan.”…
