‘Save the Internet’: 1,000-strong rallies against EU copyright bill hit European cities

Tens of thousands of protesters marched all across Europe to vent their anger at the controversial EU copyright bill critics say will curb freedom to upload content on social media platforms like YouTube or Tumblr.

Europe saw massive rallies on Saturday with countless protesters united by a motto ‘Save our Internet’. In Germany alone, as many as forty demonstrations took place. Munich and Berlin were the venues for the largest protests, with 40,000 and 30,000 people taking part.

Many were seen holding hand-made banners that read “We are not bots,” “Make art not articles” or “Yes to copyright, not to censorship.”

The rallies took place as the European Parliament is set to vote for the EU Copyright Directive. The bill brings existing copyright legislation up-to-date with the demands of the digital age but features clauses that courted controversy among users.

One clause, Article 13, in the directive demands that various online platforms be legally responsible for users that upload copyright-infringing content. Critics argue that the only way to do so is to scrutinize content before it is uploaded, leading to installing filters that will likely be prone to errors….

Newsweek says vaccines have “no health risks,” calls for “trust in science”

(Natural News) Some people have falsely accused Natural News of spreading “fake news” for constantly driving home the fact that the mainstream media routinely and absurdly contends that all vaccines are 100 percent safe and effective all the time, even though vaccine package inserts created by vaccine corporations reveal that there are very real dangers associated with vaccines. But reality has once against proven these folks wrong, as none other than Newsweek recently published a ridiculous op-ed claiming that anyone who says that there are health risks associated with vaccines simply has no “faith in science.”

The opinion piece, which has since gone viral across social media, labels anyone who actually reads vaccine package inserts and asks honest questions about vaccines as an “Anti Vaxxer,” derogatorily accusing those who defect from the “herd” of mass vaccine worship of defying “science.” It’s an increasingly common mainstream media tactic to silence anyone who would dare to challenge official vaccine dogma, and goes right along with the vaccine industry’s agenda to demonize all vaccination defectors.

“‘Anti Vaxxer,’ of course, is the media’s derogatory label for anyone who dares to question public vaccine policy,” wrote Jeremy R. Hammond in a rebuttal piece for JeremyRHammond.com, which was republished with permission by GreenMedInfo.com. “Anytime you see this label being tossed out, you can know with 100% certainty that what you are reading is not a science-based discussion, but pure propaganda.”

Parents who refuse vaccines aren’t defying science; they’re EMBRACING it

The absurdity of Newsweek claiming that “Anti Vaxxers” are somehow defying “science” is found in the fact that the vast majority of parents who reject vaccines do so either because their own children or the children of others they know have suffered vaccine-related health damage, or they did their own independent research, as opposed to simply gobbling up and digesting the medical establishment’s pseudoscientific lies like the rest of the “herd.”

There’s a reason why more and more parents don’t trust vaccines, in other words, and it has nothing to do with Jenny McCarthy or these mythical anti-science sentiments we’re constantly hearing about. In truth, those who choose not to vaccinate themselves and/or their children have studied up on real science that the establishment never talks about, which contradicts everything that the Cult of Vaccination is disseminating and spreading as “fact.”

“[T]he problem is emphatically not that people are losing their faith in science,” Hammond explains in his rebuttal. “On the contrary, it’s that they recognize that what public health officials and propaganda rags like Newsweek say science says about vaccines and what science actually says are two completely different and mutually incompatible things.”

“They recognize that, when it comes to vaccines, the mainstream media prefers to do public policy advocacy instead of journalism,” he adds….

The Youth Strike For Climate Change and Globalist Propaganda

Recently we have all been asked to celebrate the youthful commitment to ‘save the planet’ personified by the ‘Youth Strike 4 Climate .’ Hundreds of thousands of children, across the world, have been involved in various forms of strike action in protest against humankind’s heating of the planet through our CO2 emissions. Many were given leave from their lessons to ‘demonstrate.’ This has been widely welcomed by the political class. Jeremy Corbyn, Caroline Lucas and Nicola Sturgeon were but a few of the leading politicians supporting this ‘coordinated day of action.

Particularly delighted was the President of the EU Commission Jean Claude Juncker. He tweeted his support and a committed a quarter of the EU’s annual budget for programs to ‘mitigate’ against man made climate change. That’s an annual expenditure of more than €36bn, based upon the EU’s 2015 figures. As ever with the EU, it is difficult to know precisely how much of your tax money they spend or where they spend it. They haven’t independently audited their budget accounts for more than 20 years, preferring their own ‘in house’ auditors. Wouldn’t we all?

While mass absenteeism presented a bit of a problem for schools, who should record a child’s absence for any reason other than illness as ‘unauthorised,’ the National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) union were also supportive. Despite some ‘official concerns,’ clearly there was tacit acceptance of the strike from government education departments around the world.

All of which begs some interesting questions. Whose idea was it that schoolchildren as young as 5 yrs old should get involved in political protest? Who coordinated the ‘day of action?’ What were they protesting for (or against) and, most importantly, who funded it and why?

Whose Idea Was It?

Allegedly the YouthStrike4Climate came about largely due to the efforts of 16yr old Swedish schoolgirl Greta Thunberg. Greta staged her own school day walkout and formed her solo picket line outside the Swedish Parliament in the lead up to Swedish elections. Just two days before the elections, and only two weeks after starting her solitary protest, international media organisations the world over, such as the BBC, were already extolling the virtues of her ‘struggle.’ An incredible piece of global media manipulation by one so young.

Greta’s achievements are truly staggering. Not only has she delivered a moving Ted Talk (owned by Chris Anderson’s tax exempt Sapling Foundation, whose publishing company Future plc apparently settled out of court for violation of U.S online child protection laws) but also gave an ‘educational talk’ to the United Nations at the COP24 climate change summit. Her international government connections and use of social media to spread her message around the world is incredible. Especially seeing as she was just 15 when she began her protests. In the 8 months since opening her Twitter account (in June 2018), she has amassed 195,000 followers and her various videos have been shared millions of times.

Perhaps her amazing global reach is understandable when we consider that Greta’s rapid emergence upon the World stage didn’t just ‘happen,’ but rather appears to have been carefully coordinated by grown ups. Her initial protest fortuitously coincided with the publication of her mother’s book. Greta’s mum, the opera singer Malena Ernman, worked with PR man Ingmar Rentzhog, who promoted her publication.

Rentzhog, coincidentally, launched his climate change social media campaign group “We Don’t Have the Time” the same day that Greta first started her protest. Making a tidy sum along the way….

Corbett: Do Humans Have Free Will? Do humans even exist?

Do humans have free will?

That question has puzzled philosophers for millennia and has generated fierce debates. Perhaps the only thing more contentious than the question are the implications of its answer. If man has no free will, then how can there be moral responsibility?

But don’t worry, dear frazzled philosophers! You can now rest your weary heads because the question is about to be answered once and for all by the wizards of Silicon Valley.

What on earth am I talking about? To answer that question, let’s turn to Declare Your Independence, the radio show of Ernie Hancock of FreedomsPhoenix.com. Recently, Ernie had a fascinating conversation with Paul Rosenberg of FreemansPerspective.com. What’s fascinating about their discussion is how quickly the conversation turns from a dialogue about online censorship in the wake of the Christchurch shooting to Rosenberg ranting about the most important issue of our time:

“You need to protect your data to protect your own free will. I’m sorry if that sounds dramatic. I’m sorry if that sounds like I’m trying to be scary and all that, but that’s just the truth and somebody should say it!”

So how do we get from online censorship to the end of free will (assuming we ever really had it)? By way of Google’s selfish ledger, of course.

For those who may have missed it, “The Selfish Ledger” is an internal Google video that was leaked to The Verge last year, and it’s just about the creepiest thing imaginable. If you haven’t seen it yet, take a moment to watch it now.

In his article on the video, Rosenberg summarizes the video thusly:

  • Google sees you as a “transient carrier.” That is, the data you produce is the essential being, and you’re a mere “container.”
  • You shouldn’t really own your ledger (your most essential self), and they should insert information into your life.
  • Google will choose what you should want and will modify your behavior accordingly. How? By offering you new options or even designing custom devices that you won’t be able to resist. They will make sure “your behavior” is “modified.”
  • If this seems creepy to you, don’t worry; you’ll warm up to it over time.
  • Google will guide you to what’s best for you. You can trust them; they love us and know what’s best for us all.

This is not an exaggeration. This is literally the message of the video.

Whether or not you believe yourself to be a mere “container” acting as a “transient carrier” of data or, you know, a pesky ontological object like a free human being with a soul, the video provides some serious food for thought. It is obviously the case that we are shaped by our experiences, and our past experiences (the data that Google tracks) help to determine our responses to future challenges.

Over time, and given enough analytical horsepower, someone tracking the data trail you leave behind (the places you go, the people you meet, the things you buy, the conversations you have, the questions you ask, the choices you make) can not only predict how you will act in the future; they can determine why you will act that way. And if they have that insight—the knowledge of what makes you tick, as it were—then it’s not difficult to start using that knowledge to prompt us in one direction or another. And, over time, if we can be prompted to make choices along a certain path we can end up at a predetermined destination, one that we ourselves never set out to reach.

In short, if we are nothing but biological robots reacting to stimuli along predictable paths, then we can have our software re-programmed by an outside agent that is custom-tailoring those stimuli for us. And, as this video announces, Google would like to be that agent.

Now this “Selfish Ledger” is Google’s video, so the idea seems like it’s Google’s alone, but of course this is not the case. All of the major tech companies are operating from similar principles.

This is why Facebook conducted its infamous “mood experiment” to see how tinkering with a person’s news feed could alter their feelings. It’s why Instagram is blocking “anti-vaccine” hashtags. It’s why Twitter and Facebook (and everyone else) is collecting data on everyone, even non-users, at all times. Heck, it’s why I now listen to Radiohead.

We are being shaped, our experiences directed, our choices made for us each and every day. And whether or not you ever believed in free will, there can be no doubt that as the cell doors close on our technological prison we have less and less say over our own decisions.

There are things we can do to help mitigate this, of course….

With RussiaGate Over Where’s Saint Hillary?

During most of the RussiaGate investigation against Donald Trump I kept saying that all roads lead to Hillary Clinton.

Anyone with three working brain cells knew this, including ‘Miss’ Maddow, whose tears of disappointment are particularly delicious.

Robert Mueller’s investigation was designed from the beginning to create something out of nothing. It did this admirably.

It was so effective it paralyzed the country for more than two years, just like Europe has been held hostage by Brexit. And all of this because, in the end, the elites I call The Davos Crowd refused to accept that the people no longer believed their lies about the benefits of their neoliberal, globalist agenda.

Hillary Clinton’s ascension to the Presidency was to be their apotheosis along with the Brexit vote. These were meant to lay to rest, once and for all time, the vaguely libertarian notion that people should rule themselves and not be ruled by philosopher kings in some distant land.

Hillary’s failure was enormous. And the RussiaGate gambit to destroy Trump served a laundry list of purposes to cover it:

  1. Undermine his legitimacy before he even takes office.
  2. Accuse him of what Hillary actually did: collude with Russians and Ukrainians to effect the outcome of the election
  3. Paralyze Trump on his foreign policy desires to scale back the Empire
  4. Give aid and comfort to hurting progressives and radicalize them further undermining our political system
  5. Polarize the electorate over the false choice of Trump’s guilt.
  6. Paralyze the Dept. of Justice and Congress so that they would not uncover the massive corruption in the intelligence agencies in the U.S. and the U.K.
  7. Isolate Trump and take away every ally or potential ally he could have by turning them against him through prosecutor overreach.

Hillary should have been thrown to the wolves after she failed. When you fail the people she failed and cost them the money she cost them, you lose more than just your funding. What this tells you is that she has so much dirt on everyone involved, once this thing started everyone went along with it lest she burn them down as well.

Burnin’ Down da House

Hillary is the epitome of envy. Envy is the destructive sin of coveting someone else’s life so much they are obsessed with destroying it. It’s the sin of Cain.

She envies what Trump has, the Presidency.

And she was willing to tear it down to keep him from having it no matter how much damage it would do. She’s worse than the Joker from The Dark Knight.

Because while the Joker is unfathomable to someone with a conscience there’s little stopping us from excising him from the community completely, even though Batman refuses.

Hillary hates us for who we are and what we won’t give her. And that animus drove her to blackmail the world while putting on the face of its savior.

And that’s what makes what comes next so obvious to me. RussiaGate was never a sustainable narrative. It was ludicrous from the beginning. And now that it has ended with a whimper there are a lot of angry, confused and scared people out there.

Mueller thought all he had to do was lean on corrupt people and threaten them with everything. They would turn on Trump. He would resign in disgrace from the public outcry.

It didn’t work. In the end Paul Manafort, Michael Cohen and Roger Stone all held their ground or perjured themselves into the whole thing falling apart.

Andrew Weissman’s resignation last month was your tell there was nothing. Mueller would pursue this to the limit of his personal reputation and no further.

Just like so many other politicians….

Honestly, with the history of deception and coverup in the western MSM, their unanimous endorsement of hillary, especially with her own history, was a definite red flag to me.    If you can judge people by their enemies, trump would be some kind of saint.

Ex-Model Who Attempted To Reveal Berlusconi’s Satanic Practices Dies From Painful Radioactive Poisoning

There are many people who don’t believe that the world’s elite have been religiously conducting Satanic practices in the bowels of their mansions and other private hideaways throughout history. Those doubters argue that if such a thing was happening, there would be no way they would have been able to keep it a secret all this time.

Not that it’s a ‘secret’ any more to those truth-seekers who are open to this perception-bending reality. But let’s put aside the fact that at CE we have brought in several compelling testimonies about the practice of Satanic ritual abuse among the world’s ruling elite, not the least of which is the testimony of Anneke Lucas that is described in the article ‘Survivor Of Elite Child Sex Slavery Discloses Her Incredible Escape & Her Healing Journey‘ and captured in our 4-hour interview with Anneke on CETV.

The case of Imane Fadil, a Moroccan ex-model who claimed to have witnessed “demonic rituals” at Silvio Berlusconi’s mansion, might shed some light on how these activities have been kept secret for so long, and why some people are still able to maintain plausible deniability about their existence….

State Senate Committee Unanimously Passes Bill to End Common Core

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (TAC) – This week, an Alabama Senate Committee unanimously passed a bill that would end Common Core in the state.

Sen. Del Marsh (R-Anniston) introduced Senate Bill 119 (SB119) on March 19. The legislation would terminate Common Core standards in Alabama and replace them with the courses of study for math and English language arts that were in place immediately prior to Common Core, pending the adoption of new standards by the State Board of Education.

The bill would also bar the board from adopting or implementing any other national standards from any source or requiring the use of any assessments aligned with them.

On Wednesday, the Senate Committee on Education Policy passed SB119 by a 10-0 vote….

Marines Seize Pacific Island As Training For War With China

The 31st U.S. Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) seized a tiny island and airfield with special operations airmen and soldiers as part of a new island-hopping strategy.

Last week, 31st MEU, backed by the 3rd Marine Division, 3rd Marine Logistics Group and 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, members of the Air Force 353rd Special Operations Group, and Army soldiers with 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, conducted a series of simulated military exercises attacking and seizing Ie Shima Island located off the northwest coast of Okinawa Island in the East China Sea, reported Task Purpose.

The new military strategy, known as Expeditionary Advanced Base (EAB) Operations, will allow Marine units to seize, establish, and operate multiple small bases across the Pacific Ocean, a tactic that will be beneficial in a high-end fight with China….
