Let’s see, so the governments of the world, including some of the most blood drenched and orwellian regimes like saudi arabia, have gotten together and decided …. that only governments should have guns. And their propaganda organs agree. What a surprise. But my question is, who speaks for the people in all this? Certainly not the UN.
The limitations of “representative” government which are so obvious in washington dc are even more pronounced among GROUPS of “representative” governments. Governments and corporations are not people any more than human bodies can be adequately described as a mass of cells.
The UN is not just an inadequate proxy for human aspirations. Whatever its initial merits, it is now antithetical to them. We the people remain bound and gagged in the cellar unless we are to be deployed on the grand chessboard in service to the entities which congregate at the UN. Otherwise the US could not have facilitated and perpetuated the cambodian genocide via the UN. http://thoughtcrimeradio.net/2017/06/pilger-the-long-secret-alliance-uncle-sam-and-pol-pot/
That’s why the founders of this country had the hard-earned wisdom to impose strict limitations on the size of the federal government. They knew that “government is not reason, it is not eloquence — it is force. Like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.” Why? Because like fire, governments are full of looping processes such as the wealth -> corruption -> wealth cycle (heat -> vaporization -> oxidation -> heat) which tend to outlive and “out-wit” the intent of those who start them. The entity tends to take on a life of its own. The only known prevention to this organic process of exponential growth of corruption is to limit the size and power of the government at its birth, while it is still controllable.
But hey no problem, this is just a dying empire with an invisible government trying to start WWIII by any means possible, with its countless atrocities http://thoughtcrimeradio.net/2014/06/border-crisis-the-crocodile-tears-of-the-empire/ , including financing the rise of hitler and the assassination of a sitting president, still largely censored and ridiculed as “conspiracy theories”. Who needs self defense? Obviously the bill of rights is obsolete. Not.
Ask the citizens of iraq or any other US-imposed death squad democracy whether civilian gun control is a good idea.
While the United States is typically set apart from other countries when it comes to gun laws, a recent conference with the United Nations has raised major red flags, as the U.S. agreed to enact “full implementation” of an international agreement on gun control that will violate Americans’ constitutional rights by adding their personal information to a global database.
The Third Review Conference (RevCon) of the United Nations’ Program of Action (PoA) on Small Arms and Light Weapons was held in New York last week with a 2018 agreement, which states that its purpose is to serve as “a renewed commitment to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects.”…
In order to implement the agreement on a national level, the Program of Action lists a series of requirements for each government to follow:…
To promote the full participation and representation of women in mechanisms relating to the implementation of the Program of Action and to encourage strong cooperation with civil society, parliamentarians, industry and the private sector….
Don’t you love these empty gestures to equal rights and all the other mind-numbing platitudes that they always cloak their atrocities in? How about humanitarian bombing? That’s a doozy.
Ok, forget about closeted child trafficking nazis in high places. How about common street crime?
British citizens seeking advice on what’s legal to use for self-defense found some answers at www.askthe.police.uk, a website sponsored and operated by the government’s Police National Legal Database.
Question 589: Are there any legal self-defence products that I can buy?
Answer: The only fully legal self-defence product … is a rape alarm.
There may be other products, according to the website, but they haven’t been fully tested and “if you purchase one you must be aware … there is always the possibility that you will arrested and detained until the product, its contents and legality, can be verified.”…
Since the USA officially rejoined the rothschild empire in 1913 with the passage of the federal reserve act, we’re sure to follow our mother colony’s example eventually. Maybe we should all be carrying rape alarms. It’s a bit late in the day to sound them however. In any case, who’s going to come to our aid? We’re on our own, as we’ve always been. I suspect we’ll get through this, but it will be painful.
