Can We Trust the Child Protective Agencies?

This was posted to Liz Crokin’s fb timeline so I assumed she was passing it on and I didn’t look at it closely.  It turns out it was shared by someone else, and on looking more closely it’s not as well sourced as I’d like.  (as crazy as this website might seem, I do take pains to keep it grounded in facts).  Anyway, it does have some useful info with links and the two graphics are useful although I haven’t yet figured out where the first one came from.  I’ll investigate that further.  In any case, it does contains verified info about hillary’s role in getting a child trafficker out of jail in haiti, for which I’ll post a better sourced article. separately.

[ I traced the first graphic to but even there the ultimate source isn’t listed.  It may be encoded in the jpg header.  Stay tuned.  I found the second graphic here but it has no attribution either! ]

If you connect the dots of the NCMEC, Big Pharma, Thorn, The McCain Institute, Rothschild’s, CIA, Hillary Clinton, Obama’s, Jeff Koon’s, Richard Branson, The Entire Podesta Family, The Podesta Group, Orphanages, CPS, Amber Alert System, MissingKids, Friends of the Orphans & the likes of Terry Richardson what do you find in common???

These along with many others have been mentioned in sentences with words like: Child Victimization, Advocacy, Pedophilia, Child Trafficking, Exploitation, Abuse, Abductions.

The International Center for Missing & Exploited Children held its first Board of Directors meeting in May 1998. It was officially launched in April 1999 by Hillary Clinton, then-First Lady of the United States, Lynn de Rothschild and Cherie Blair, wife of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING & EXPLOITED CHILDREN website states:  1 in 10 children under the age of 18 will be sexually abused this year in the United States and in 2016, there were more than 465,000 reports of missing children in the U.S. (465,676 to be exact).  Their role in the “MASSIVE” child trafficking and exploitation network both in the United States & globally is widely known.

The Board of Directors is a who’s who among elites.  Including the likes of Sir Richard Branson, who was one of the founding sponsors & his mom Eve Branson, who was a founding board member in 1999 with Lady Rothschild, Ms Blair and then First Lady Clinton and who served on first Board in 2005.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children began in 1984 and served as the national clearinghouse and resource center for families, victims, private organizations, law enforcement and the public on issues relating to missing and sexually exploited children.  In the 33 years since beginning, their toll-free hotline has received more than 4.5 million calls.  Of the approximate 20,000 reported runaways in 2016 alone, one in six were likely victims of child sex trafficking. Of those, 86 percent were in the care of social services when they went missing.  The CyberTipline started in 1998 and has received more than 20 million reports.  In 2016 the CyberTipline received 8.2 million reports, most of which related to:  Apparent child sexual abuse images, Online enticement including “sextortion”, Child sex trafficking and Child sexual molestation.

The NCMEC was created out of the publicity generated from the Adam Walsh disappearance and death back in 1981. The claim raised at the time before Congress was that there was no government-affiliated agency in existence to assist the parents of abducted children. The figures at the time portrayed the situation as grim, insisting that tens, if not hundreds of thousands of children a year were abducted by strangers. As it turned out, long-term abductions by strangers figured only in the tens per year. Since its inception, NCMEC has received millions of dollars each year from Congress.  Presently, Congress allocates $50 million per year to the Center.  But how is the money used?  And how does NCMEC work?  NCMEC describes itself as a Missing Children Clearinghouse, meaning that it disseminates information, but plays no active role in the actual recovery of missing children.  Today, NCMEC has hundreds of staff and its salaries alone are running close to $30 million a year.

Why is the #NCMEC a private company? Why does our government fund them? Why is there a lack of transparency?  501c3 status NCMEC does no investigative work when a child goes missing; they offer no rewards for information, they received $50 million in federal funds last year from the federal government. This nonprofit needs to be investigated.

Another agency mentioned above is CPS.  Child Protective Services is the name of a governmental agency in many states of the United States responsible for providing child protection, which includes responding to reports of child abuse or neglect. Some states use other names, often attempting to reflect more family-centered (as opposed to child-centered) practices, such as “Department of Children & Family Services” (DCFS). CPS is also known by the name of “Department of Social Services” (DSS) or simply “Social Services.”  CPS/DCF is a department under a state’s Health and Human Services organization and is funded as such.  In 1974, the efforts by the states culminated in the passage of the federal “Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act” (CAPTA; Public Law 93-247) providing federal funding for wide-ranging federal and state child-maltreatment research and services.  This led to partial funding by the federal government as well as state funding.

Below are opinions expressed by families that CPS really does stand for Child PROFIT System and that they get paid big bonus money for every kid they steal from parents and put into the system….

First Digital Pill – Biomedical ‘Big Brother’

This is just one more attempt to control the great masses of humankind. And fact is, the need to control is itself a sickness, an admission of fear, a form of psychopathy.

The true nature of a human is love – just look in the eyes of a healthy, well-protected newborn baby – an infant born gently, not in the harsh hospital-industrial complex, one who is being breast-fed by a healthy mother and who was never separated from its mother, one who has been spared the intrusive sexual torture of circumcision and one who has not had massive doses of toxins shot into its tiny body – and you will see an example of what a human truly is, at its core. In this child, you will see a deep of unconditional love, acceptance and joy. This child has great potential for blessing the world.

However, the further into the matrix the child goes, the less the love and joy will shine through. A child who is born into a family of unhealed abusers will learn to fear at an early age. Tortured from birth in various and sundry ways, he learns that it is his right – his duty, even – to torment, hurt and control others. He is taught that passing cruelty along is how he survives and proves his worth. The only remedy he can see to being abused, is to rigidly control his own reactions and to control everything and everyone in his environment, for what he sees around about him has – in his mind – the potential to inflict pain upon him. He is desperate to control, for to him, safety lies in the ability to control. His every waking hour is spent devising ways to control his tiny world… and eventually (he hopes) the wide, wide world.

And this, dear people, is what we see manifesting in the world today – two cultural concentric circles. In the vast mass culture, you have the circle of innocents who trust and therefore obey because they were taught to love, to think well of others, to not judge others, and to endlessly forgive. They believe that love rules the universe, that love is all that truly exists and fuels all of life. They cannot conceive of treating children, animals, women and other cultures with anything but love and respect.

However, in the tiny inner circle you find the children of abuse. These are the warmongers, who wage wars against countries, against nature, against other humans and even human nature itself. They fight because they are frightened. This minuscule circle of abusers consists of the “aggressive (fearful) movers and shakers”, “ruthless climbers to the top of all systems.” Their rigid ideology and antisocial behaviors are inevitable because they are fueled by fear instilled by years of familial and social abuse.

This is why we at ThoughtCrimeRadio address the birthing process and circumcision, for that is where the twig is bent and determines the direction the tree will grow. Love allows a child to breathe easy and to let the love flow through. Fear blocks the breath and splits the personality into tiny little shards of hatred and harm.

This article is an admission of the fearful inner workings of the minds of those who self- identify as aristocrats, born into “bloodline families” who truly believe they have a need and right to rule and ruin the world – and you! Of course this product is framed as “good for you” – as all their tools for control are – for if they honestly announced, “We who have been trained to fear, feel a need to do what we can to control you, for we are few and you are many,” then you would understand their motives and refuse to comply with their means and ways and advertising campaigns. You would “Just say NO.”

So read this article from that perspective. Here is another attempt to control you, your family and your world. “Better living through chemicals.” “Big Brother is your friend.” It’s from the New York Times… so it must be right and good and true, hmm?

For the first time, the Food and Drug Administration has approved a digital pill — a medication embedded with a sensor that can tell doctors whether, and when, patients take their medicine.

The approval, announced late on Monday, marks a significant advance in the growing field of digital devices designed to monitor medicine-taking and to address the expensive, longstanding problem that millions of patients do not take drugs as prescribed.

Experts estimate that so-called nonadherence or noncompliance to medication costs about $100 billion a year, much of it because patients get sicker and need additional treatment or hospitalization.

“When patients don’t adhere to lifestyle or medications that are prescribed for them, there are really substantive consequences that are bad for the patient and very costly,” said Dr. William Shrank, chief medical officer of the health plan division at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Ameet Sarpatwari, an instructor in medicine at Harvard Medical School, said the digital pill “has the potential to improve public health,” especially for patients who want to take their medication but forget.

But, he added, “if used improperly, it could foster more mistrust instead of trust…”

Dr. Peter Kramer, a psychiatrist and the author of “Listening to Prozac,” raised concerns about “packaging a medication with a tattletale.”

While ethical for “a fully competent patient who wants to lash him or herself to the mast,” he said, “‘digital drug’ sounds like a potentially coercive tool…”
