“Unfortunately, the entire evidence base has been perverted,” said Joseph Ross, a professor at Yale Medical School who has studied the issue. Commercially corrupted medicine is the leading cause of death in the US—and it is bankrupting the US budget. The Washington Post is addressing both issues in a powerful hard hitting investigative series by Peter Whoriskey titled: Can Medical Research be Trusted?
The focus of the series is on Pharma’s – orchestrated corruption in collaboration with academic scientists and prestigious journals—e.g., The New England Journal of Medicine–provided the authority and veneer of legitimacy to fraudulent, often ghostwritten research reports that claimed that lethal drugs were safe and beneficial while concealing the most severe, lethal adverse effects of prescription drugs, which are a leading cause of death.
The series shines a light on industry manipulated data that was used to gain FDA approval and to “negotiate” the content of FDA- approved labels. And on medical practice guidelines—such as the recently revised, American Psychiatric Association (DSM5) diagnostic and treatment manual—have been crafted by scientists with copious financial ties to companies whose products they promote.
The resounding verdict—much as our own five-part series, America’s Healthcare Crisis—is that medical research, medical journals, medical practice guidelines, FDA advisory panels, and doctors—all of who are bankrolled by the pharmaceutical industry—cannot be trusted! …
Centralized federal authority is precisely what the constitution prohibits. To summarize: “Trust us or we’ll arrest you.” But the trustworthiness of their “authority” has already been amply demonstrated in their systematic gutting of the US economy, murdering political leaders, importing narcotics, destroying the currency, destroying children’s lives with drugs and vaccines, looting the treasury for the benefit of high-powered wall street gangsters etc etc etc.
They can’t be this stupid. They must be consciously criminal.
Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority, reverent of individual liberty” deemed domestic threat
A new study funded by the Department of Homeland Security characterizes Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists.
Entitled Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970-2008 (PDF), the study was produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism at the University of Maryland. The organization was launched with the aid of DHS funding to the tune of $12 million dollars.
While largely omitting Islamic terrorism – the report fails completely to mention the 1993 World Trade Center bombing – the study focuses on Americans who hold beliefs shared by the vast majority of conservatives and libertarians and puts them in the context of radical extremism.
The report takes its definitions from a 2011 study entitled Profiles of Perpetrators of Terrorism, produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, in which the following characteristics are used to identify terrorists.
– Americans who believe their “way of life” is under attack;
– Americans who are “fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”;
– People who consider themselves “anti-global” (presumably those who are wary of the loss of American sovereignty);
– Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority”;
– Americans who are “reverent of individual liberty”;
– People who “believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty.”
Your tax dollars at work. If distrust of this globalized neofascism is limited to “conservatives and libertarians” then I have to ask “where the hell is the left” for gods sake.
BTW: Paul Watson knows the 1993 WTC bombing was an FBI operation. Not sure why he omitted that little detail.
A repeat of wall street’s funding of hitler and lenin. War is essential to the central bankers’ business model, by forcing national governments to go into debt.
The proponents of psychological warfare tactics by modern-day governments argue that fears about government propaganda are misplaced as there are laws in place to prevent the US government from propagandizing to its own citizens.Indeed, legislation prohibiting government-sponsored domestic propaganda has been in place for nearly one century. That legislation, however, is outdated, unenforceable, and is routinely breached by the very government agencies that it is supposed to restrain. And as weak and effective as this legislation already is, it in danger of being even further diluted by a proposed amendment to the 2013 edition of the National Defense Authorization Act.
In this third episode of our new series on psychological warfare James Corbett presents Psyops on the Homefront, the existing laws prohibiting government-sponsored domestic propaganda, their limitation, how these laws has been violated both in letter and in spirit by recently-exposed psyops campaigns funded by the American taxpayer and aimed directly at the US population, and the government-media partnership in preparation and execution of propaganda campaigns targeting domestic population. …

Bill Gates is at it again, throwing money at any researcher with a claim to fame and everything to gain by using scientific advances to prevent as many babies as possible from being born. Soft kill drugs in the pretext of protection is the common theme for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Cheap, effective contraceptive and HIV pharmaceuticals are now the objectives soon to target the third world.
A University of Washington team has developed a platform they say simultaneously offers contraception and prevents HIV. Electrically spun cloth with nanometer-sized fibers can dissolve to release drugs, providing a platform for cheap medical use. The research was published this week in the Public Library of Science’s open-access journal PLoS One. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation last month awarded the UW researchers almost $1 million to pursue the technology. …
