And who would deem sexual abuse as unworthy to qualify as a “critical incident”? Perpetrators? Do you sense a scandal in the making here? I do.
The audit covered January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015. Gov. Charlie Baker’s administration started implementing reforms in 2015.
Among the incidents covered in the audit, according to Bump’s office: “two male employees at different DCF-contracted residential facilities who sexually abused three girls each; a 10-year-old who was raped by his father; a 4-year-old who was sexually abused by her mother; and a 17-year-old who was gang-raped by five assailants. In one case, a male who had sexually abused one child, abused the child’s sibling less than one year later.”
The audit said the agency did not consider sexual abuse as something that rose to the level of “critical incident,” and that’s why agency officials did not report those 118 cases to the Office of the Child Advocate during the period of the audit.
The agency is also not ensuring that potentially criminal actions are referred to prosecutors for investigation and potential legal action, the audit said.
During the two-year period of the audit, the agency was also unaware of 260 incidents “of what appeared to be serious bodily injury to children in its care,” Bump’s office said.
The audit discovered gunshot wounds, burns and head contusions went undetected by the Department of Children and Families…
“We are seeing strong evidence of coordination in many of these violent episodes. Fundamentally, what you have here is you have demonstrators, some of them go there with the intent of demonstrating, but you have a group of provocateurs and agitators, sometimes a significant group, that try to convert those into violent activity. And they seem to be very well coordinated when they show up.”
“A number of them are associated with the movement called Antifa, but they go by various names, but frequently anarchistic. They want to tear down the country.
They are different than many traditional groups and frequently the signs of coordination and activity are very close to the event itself. So like the morning of or the day before, and things are very fast-moving.
But we definitely see signs out on the street of communication, of organization, of preplanning, prepositioning of things. So it’s definitely organized activity.”
The Washington Post (WaPo) tried to debunk President Donald Trump’s statement that “the most dangerous cities are run by democrats.” After an exhaustive effort, and a written piece reviewing different types of methodology for citation, what they basically came up with is that a republican mayor was elected to Jacksonville in the last election, therefore WaPo has declared that Trump’s claim: “the most dangerous cities are run by democrats”, is false, because there’s now a top-crime city now run by a republican…
What went wrong? Apparently, it’s been wrong for a very long time.
Even before George Floyd was killed, the south Minneapolis precinct had a reputation for being home to police officers who played by their own rules.
Long before former officer Derek Chauvin knelt on George Floyd’s neck, the Third Precinct in south Minneapolis had a reputation for being home to police officers who played by their own rules.
One officer kicked a handcuffed suspect in the face, leaving his jaw in pieces. Officers beat and pistol-whipped a suspect in a parking lot on suspicion of low-level drug charges. Others harassed residents of a south Minneapolis housing project as they headed to work, and allowed prostitution suspects to touch their genitals for several minutes before arresting them in vice stings
Between 2007 and 2017, the city paid out $2.1 million to settle misconduct lawsuits involving Third Precinct officers. Judges have thrown out cases for “outrageous” conduct of the officers, and prosecutors have been forced to drop charges for searches found to be illegal, according to court records.
The brand of aggressive policing on display in the Floyd video has long been standard practice for some Third Precinct officers when dealing with suspects of nonviolent, low-level crimes, often involving people of color, said Abigail Cerra, a commissioner for Minneapolis’ Police Conduct Oversight Commission.
“My clients were constantly getting anal searches,” said Cerra, who also has been a public defender. “Not at the hospital. At the Third Precinct.”
Chauvin and the other three officers who assisted in Floyd’s arrest — all of whom worked at the Third Precinct — have been fired and now face criminal charges. That has not satisfied protesters, who continue to call for more action from city officials, ranging from drastically overhauling to dismantling the police force…
These are not photos of U.S. police in action, but of their trainers who hail from a foreign country.
I cannot quote from this article without being banned from the Internet, but I urge you all to read and study it well. I knew we were in big trouble when I first heard of the foreign training of U.S. police and now we see the results of it and call it “police brutality”. U.S. police were not cruel, brutal, for the most part, before the new training; most still are not.
It’s always just a few who hate and abuse, not the entire society, not an entire professional group or country. But unfortunately those few are usually the ones who feel an overwhelming need to control people, places, things and situations, while the good usually step back and let them – out of fear. It needs to be the other way around. We must not hire bullies and we must train all police to “use their words”, as our parents taught us, long before they use lethal force. Teach them that in matters of law enforcement, they have the duty of maintaining law and order, not to be jury, judge and executioner, in the style of the wild west.
This author shares details that have not been reported in the mainstream press. Things will make more sense to you when you know them:
Portland, Oregon: James O’Keefe and Project Veritas filmed a candidate for a Rose City Antifa cell who explained that the group is structured like a business and a Seal-team operation to destroy the enemy. He reveals how they use Black Bloc techniques to conceal their identity and how they train for violence. A second investigative report was released on Antifa at The Base gym in New York that reveals how the group trains in the use of weapons and martial arts. The goal is to do as much physical harm as possible.
[Question: Why do American leaders call for martial law to control normal, non-violent citizens but do absolutely nothing to put these enemy soldiers out of commission? Could it be that martial law is what they really want?] – G.E. Griffin
“All wars are bankers’ wars” – even those on the streets and those against your pocketbooks. If you pit your enemies against one another, they’ll kill each other off for you, while you are profiting off the death and destruction. This is an old Luciferian trick. Only logical, objective thinking can save us from their wily plans. Here’s Eric July, a logical thinker. Listen up, all who are hating on their fellow humans.
It is possible for people to condemn all violence. Just because someone says they don’t support the looting and rioting, does not mean they support police brutality. Just because someone says that the police shouldn’t kill people with qualified immunity, doesn’t mean they support looting and rioting.
The mainstream media and those who still are stuck in the left/right paradigm want you to choose a side. Police brutality, or looting. It is possible to side with neither at the same time because they are both wrong. What a surprise! They need you to choose to stay divided instead of standing up together against all violence and all shows of violence.
“The state and its aggression, and the people who loot innocent businesses are not justified in their actions. It doesn’t even mean their both equal, it just means they’re both wrong and it’s easy to speak about both. It is a false choice, a false dichotomy to suggest otherwise,” says Eric July. “Anybody that doesn’t have a brain the size of a coronavirus can actually hold two positions at the same time.”
“Progressive” ideology always rests on a conviction that the current “regressive” system is comprehensively unjust and must be destroyed by exploiting its weaknesses.
The most famous proponent of such tactics in recent years has been the late Saul Alinksy, the intellectual godfather of the modern Democrat Party, but former Soviet journalist and KGB informant Yuri Bezmenov laid out an even more concise strategy for subversion in a 1984 interview.
Alinksy’s seminal book specified 13 Rules for Radicals, but Bezmenov had only four “stages of ideological subversion,” and they will sound very familiar to anyone following the current wave of left-wing riots, or the politicized final stages of the coronavirus panic before it: Demoralization, Destabilization, Crisis, and Normalization…
Bezmenov defined ideological subversion, or “active measures” as the KGB preferred to call it, as a “slow brainwashing process” to “change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that despite their abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interests of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country.”
Indeed. Why are white people in masks throwing riots ostensibly in support of “Black Lives Matter”, and wreaking havoc in black neighborhoods? This is a clue to who is really behind the riots – and it isn’t black people. The violence, death and destruction are not for justice, liberty or any other pretty words; they are for creating chaos and stirring citizens up so they will begin a revolution.
It’s been happening in the Middle East for several years. They call it the “Color Revolution”. It’s bought and paid for by George Soros who makes hundreds of billions of dollars from the devastation, and now he is bringing it to the USA.
“Why don’t the white people in masks go to the homes of the ones who pay them?” you ask. Well, I guess you just answered your own question. You don’t bite the hand that feeds you. “Gate”d communities? Soros and his friends, Gates, Warren Buffet, the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, the Queens of England and the Netherlands… the very very wealthy want to see us dead and to see the world burn, so they can stake claim over the planet for their own purposes.
People say this is a spiritual war. So we must work on a spiritual level. Apparently the enemy requires our permission, our consent, to do what it does. So “I do NOT consent to chaos, death, terrorism, death and destruction” is a good place to start. “No one has MY permission to harm others, to destroy property, to create fear in the minds and hearts of good people.” Use those statements each time you see something you do not want to see ever again – even in a movie or video, in a song or on TV, for that is where they tell you what they have planned for you – and that is where you need to immediately say “No!”
A New York City woman’s impassioned plea to a group of looters to stop what they were doing is resonating with people across the country. Desiree Barnes said she approached the group Saturday night in the East Village after they began looting the stores below her apartment. That is when a man on the street noticed her message and started filming. More details: https://7ny.tv/2zM3t1i
“Guys that was doing drugs, smokers and homeless people, you couldn’t tell because when you spoke with George, they felt like they were the president. Because that’s how he made you feel.“
Kerth Barker says the video of the George Floyd murder looks like a ritual sacrifice to him. After all, Memorial Day commemorates military losses during wars. It is celebrated as a sacrifice day, which all war deaths are seen to be, by the “elite”. See “All Wars are Bankers’ Wars”…
It’s been a wet dream of the “elite” to start a race war and destroy the USA. Problem is, blacks don’t like to be railroaded into such an ugly portrayal of themselves. Many blacks have been pointing out how very misleading the reporting about the riots have been. They say the real instigators of the violence set them up, framed them – and they want no part of it.
Some say the violence originates from the whites in the Antifa crowd, paid for by George Soros’ organizations. Some say the violent ones have been shipped in from outside the state. Some wonder if the prison inmates who were released “due to COVID” might be part of the violence. Some think George Floyd’s death occurred as a result of a broken neck, dislocation of cervical vertebrae, destruction of the spinal cord.
