How Many Constitutional Freedoms Have We Lost?
This post explains the liberties guaranteed in the Bill of Rights – the first 10 amendments to the United States Constitution – and provides a scorecard on the extent of the loss of each right….

Dear Senior Policy Adviser Rebecca Fish:
As requested in the Federal Register of 2-5-15, please accept my comments regarding mandatory adult vaccinations in the USA, the NAIP.
Realistically, most of the information promulgated about vaccines really needs to be revisited for accuracy, transparency, and scientific facts. Furthermore, misleading bureaucratic promotional information should not be the basis for mandating any more vaccines for anyone in the USA!
Probably, the most dramatic explanation for the above statement is found in the information discussed in the:
Dr. Paul Offit, MD, Vaccine Inventor, Chief, Infectious Diseases, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, PA AND Dr. Boyd Haley, PhD, Researcher, Emeritus Professor Chemistry/Biochemistry, University of Kentucky Virtual Debate ….
This article uses the common shorthand of “science” for the simulacrum that passes for science today. We should stop using the terminology of the matrix. Money is not science any more than it is political expression.
When money and power are involved, those standing to gain the most will say and do anything to push their agenda forward. Five centuries ago, saying and doing anything involved exploiting people’s superstitions and their faith in religion. Today, saying and doing anything means also exploiting science.
Science, engineering, and design are amongst our most practical and effective tools to make real and meaningful change. But because they are so powerful and appealing, the potential for their abuse in the wrong hands is immense. Compounding this is the naivety of those who are fascinated by science’s promise but blind to its potential abuse.
It wasn’t long ago when big-tobacco had armies of “scientists” citing the latest “studies” confirming the health benefits and safety of smoking. Of course these were paid liars, not scientists, even if many of them had PhDs. And it was lies they were telling, even if mixed with shades of science. Today, special interests have refined this practice of filtering lies and exploitation through the lens of science regarding everything from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) to the false debate on climate change, to the questionable interests behind global vaccination programs.
The latest example of this comes via National Geographic which recently published an article titled, “Why Do Many Reasonable People Doubt Science?,” which claims:
We live in an age when all manner of scientific knowledge—from the safety of fluoride and vaccines to the reality of climate change—faces organized and often furious opposition. Empowered by their own sources of information and their own interpretations of research, doubters have declared war on the consensus of experts.Indeed, just as religions claimed a monopoly on morality and spirituality, National Geographic condemns those “empowered by their own sources of information” and “their own interpretations of research,” maintaining that the only truth to be found is amongst the “consensus of experts.”
The Consensus of “Experts”
The article goes on to claim:
The idea that hundreds of scientists from all over the world would collaborate on such a vast hoax is laughable—scientists love to debunk one another. It’s very clear, however, that organizations funded in part by the fossil fuel industry have deliberately tried to undermine the public’s understanding of the scientific consensus by promoting a few skeptics.
National Geographic never explains why “organizations funded in part by the fossil fuel industry” are conspiring to lie, but the notion that “scientists” would conspire to lie is “laughable.” After all, scientists work under various organizations funded by special interests as well, including immense corporate-financier interests – many of which overlap with big-oil, ironically. If the billions to be made by big-oil is motivation enough to lie and say the Earth isn’t getting warmer, aren’t the billions to be made in a “carbon credit” pyramid scheme also motivation enough to lie that it is? ….
Aluminium – the most abundant metal and third most abundant element of the Earth’s crust – has no known biological function and is a recognised environmental toxin. Human exposure to aluminium is implicated in a number of chronic diseases, including bone disease, auto-immune conditions, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
In an invited Perspective on Human Exposure to Aluminium, published in the Royal Society of Chemistry journal Environmental Science: Processes and Impact, Professor Christopher Exley, Professor of Bioinorganic Chemistry at Keele University, describes the holistic view of living in the Aluminium Age and the implications for the human body burden of aluminium.
Human exposure to aluminium has increased at least 30-fold over the last 50 years and is burgeoning, with currently 11 kg of aluminium metal being cast for every person on Earth each year! The great majority of this aluminium is newly extracted from its ores, as opposed to recycled, and it all has the potential at least to impact upon and accumulate within the human body. ….
The US has the most expensive and quackery-laden medical system in the industrialized world. A rockefeller-manipulated artificial gradient which selects the poor for substandard and abusive “health care”.
Last quarter, in “This Is What Americans Spent The Most Money On In Q4” we showed that according to the first estimate of Q4 GDP data, the American consumer spent a whopping $20.4 billion in nominal dollars on healthcare, which also resulted in the biggest consumption contribution to GDP in years.
Today, following the first revision of consumer spending, we learn that in the fourth quarter Americans spent even more on healthcare, pushing the total up by $1 billion more, to a whopping $21.4 Bn, or 18% of all spending on goods and services in Q4.
This upward revision on healthcare, of which Obamacare was the primary source of mandatory spending, takes places even as the bulk of the key spending line items were revised lower following the revision.
In any event, the math is clear – the next time anyone asks you what Americans spent their so-called “gas savings” on in Q4, and why retail sales in the end of 2014 (and the start of 2015) were so weak, show them this chart.

I’m watching The Newburgh Sting, a fabulous documentary about the FBI’s operation to ensnare four impoverished, naive New York men into an informant-driven fake terror plot. In the film, former FBI assistant director Thomas Fuentes defends the FBI’s conduct in the Newburgh Four case. He also says this:
If you’re submitting budget proposals for a law enforcement agency, for an intelligence agency, you’re not going to submit the proposal that ‘We won the war on terror and everything’s great,’ cuz the first thing that’s gonna happen is your budget’s gonna be cut in half. You know, it’s my opposite of Jesse Jackson’s ‘Keep Hope Alive’—it’s ‘Keep Fear Alive.’ Keep it alive.
In the context of an interview about a case in which a paid FBI informant is alleged to have offered destitute men a quarter of a million dollars to execute an attack, a former assistant director of the FBI admits it’s in the bureau’s best interest to inflate the supposed terror threat. That’s remarkably candid, and profoundly disturbing. …

Chicago, Ill. – In a startling report from the Guardian, details have been revealed about Chicago police detaining American citizens at “black sites.” These sites are similar to those used by the CIA around the world to interrogate/torture alleged terrorists.
The stunning revelation of the Chicago Police Department operating what amounts to an off-the-books interrogation facility is threatening, to say the least. The facility apparently operates outside the bounds of the U.S. Constitution, and its discovery exposes the very real and present danger of the threat posed by the police state to American freedom and liberty.
Housed in a warehouse on Chicago’s west side, Homan Square has long been the home to secretive police work. Attorneys as well as protesters, tell a tale of being systematically being denied their constitutional rights. …
How is it possible that the “occupy movement”, coming on the heels of the brazen theft of the bankster bailouts, never even articulated a specific political or economic agenda? How did it come to function as nothing more than a pressure valve to divert mass public outrage into a blind alley? If they’d made some well supported and commonsensical demands like a 1% sales tax on wall street turnover and the nationalization of the “federal” reserve this country could have turned around on a dime. They might as well have been working for the banksters. But maybe they were, without their knowledge. The propagandists and psychological operations specialists in washington are professionals at manipulating social movements or impending revolutions to achieve a desired outcome. They’ve been doing it very successfully for decades.
Occupy was an abject failure even on its own terms, and its “tactics” (or lack of same), organizers and the corporate foundations that supported them behind the scenes should be exposed and shunned by any future movements.
