The Solution Series: Food Forest Abundance

I always tell people that we need never starve. Nature provides all we need, if we would only avail ourselves of its abundance. See videos and books on foraging and stop spraying chemicals on your lawns, so you can gather some of the gifts nature is providing. The very plants we target for extinction are the most nutritious plants we can imagine.

Powerlessness is taught by the powers that want to control us and are learned when we don’t question their authority. Don’t buy into it. Learn how to live as your forefathers did – simply, close to the earth, without big pharma, factory farming and the media that spreads fear porn.

“We’ve got 44 million acres of lawn in the United States. The lawn is the foundation of enslavement and the biggest mass brainwashing scam in the world, as it takes more chemicals and resources than any other crop and it does not provide food.” – Jim Gale

Increase Is Coming! How to Pray So Your Prayer Works | Donna Rigney

The cry of “Help!” is a simple prayer that most people, even atheists, pray during emergencies. “Help!” might be the simplest, most sincere and universal prayer that is guaranteed to be answered… see “NDE” (Near Death Experience) videos.

And there is a way to pray in non-emergencies that is guaranteed to work because it comes from God Himself and not from our own tiny little finite, programmed minds. You kinda (to put it in my words, not Donna’s) pray for God to pray through you. And what God prays is in tune with His will and your own. He knows the bigger picture of the life you have designed for yourself. “Thy will [will] be done.” Your will is His will; His will is yours. They are not disparate.

Have you ever considered before the possibility we have designed our lives to lead us to the point where we ask God to know God? A bold and dashing adventure, an everlasting love affair take up where we left off when we became temporarily distracted by people, places and things on planet Earth. Life really begins at that point and we understand the line, “Let the dead bury the dead.”

The Missing Cancer Treatment

No one needs to suffer or die from cancer. But what really causes it? If the body is a communication device, what is cancer saying? What is it asking for?

Jesus was the penultimate healer and he left several clues. “Judge not… Forgive… Fear not… Seek ye first the Kingdom of God… Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.

Those directions are the keys to happiness and health. This video series is an excellent introduction to the core cause and treatment of cancer – and to be perfectly honest – to all dis-ease. Fear contracts the body and is the “dis” in “dis-ease”. The pure and perfect, unconditional divine Love that created us in the image and likeness of Love Itself, is the “ease”. To ignore the “ease” is to condemn yourself to suffering; don’t do it.

Be a scientist and let your body be your laboratory. Test it for yourself.

1) Think a fearful thought and watch as your body tenses up, tightens, contracts… It’s hard to breathe, isn’t it?!?

2) Now think a happy, loving thought and watch your breath return, fully, freely and deeply filling you; feel every muscle soften and lengthen.

Which do you think supports health and life – fear or Love? Do the mainstream media and “official medical voices” encourage you to feel Love or to feel fear? To leave fear behind, focus on the tension in your body and breathe into it. Let the power of Love replace all fear.

Sign up for this very important series of videos. You will hear words of wisdom that you won’t hear from the modern allopathic “health care industry”.

And for more support and clarification, go to ACIMessentials.com daily, where a workbook lesson from A Course In Miracles helps you gradually and surely, sort out Love from fear. Or, just ask yourself when you feel anything less than optimal health: “Is this Love or is this fear?” The answer should be obvious.

Food & Behavior – A Natural Connection

Years ago, America’s public schools were offered a deal they couldn’t resist – “profit centers” in their buildings – junk food dispensers offering manufactured foods and drinks. The schools, of course, shared in the profits of the private industries that installed the machines. A few wise people, especially Barbara Stitt, saw the problem and worked to feed the students well – with wonderful results.

It has been proven that people who eat manufactured foods (or who don’t eat at all) cannot think clearly, they do not feel good, and they behave in ways that are not constructive for themselves and society. On the other hand, people who eat high quality whole, natural foods think clearly, are healthy, feel good and behave accordingly.

In the videos below, you can see how essential good nutrition is in schools. The happy results of a healthy diet are increased alertness, improved behavior, better scholarship, reduced antisocial behavior, vandalism, fights, dropouts and suicides. School budgets benefit too!

A big “Thank you!” to Barbara Stitt.

You can read this book online at goodreads.com: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1780374.Food_Behavior

I left this review two years ago:

I love this book. It helped me understand that what I eat affects how I feel and how I behave. I wish I would have had this information when I was in grade school so I wouldn’t have had to go through so many years of trial and error. Some seem to be able to tolerate “bad” food better than others but I am extremely aware of the difference eating a carrot versus a cookie (even a “healthy” cookie) makes to my body and mind. I’m very grateful that Barbara Reed Stitt shared her wisdom in this book. Bless you, Barbara.

A fascinating history of “virus” & its definition

It’s clear from vintage medical literature that “virus” meant something completely different a century ago than it does now.

Today, “virus” means a type of microorganism. A hundred years ago, “virus” meant a slurry of secretions from humans, animals or plants. When this slurry was injected by vaccination to prevent or cure disease—which it often was—it was sometimes called “vaccine virus.”

Sometime in the 20th century, the use of virus (secretion slurry) to make vaccines was replaced with the use of virus (microorganisms) to make vaccines—and because it was done with word replacement, today, almost no one knows or remembers it happened…

Childhood Trauma Creates Seeds of Disease

“All healing is essentially the release of fear.” – A Course In Miracles

“Fear and sickness are identical.” – Mary Baker Eddy

Circumcision is only one of many sources of trauma children face. Even what we consider entertainment is full of shock and awe, emotional roller-coaster. It is important to learn to release fear. Should be taught in elementary school and in religious institutions. It’s important to release fear as soon as possible so it doesn’t leave its mark in the body.

Every day, we are exposed to things such as pollution that can increase our risk of illness. Many people take on additional risks—due to tobacco smoke, fast food, or alcohol, for example.

But there’s a less-recognized exposure that is even more common than smoking and increases the risk of heart disease, diabetescancerchronic lung diseasessexually transmitted infectionschronic pain, and mental illness, and reduces one’s life by as much as 20 years.

This public health hazard that hides in plain sight is childhood adversity: experiences such as physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect.

Childhood Adversity Is Common
In the United States, more than two-thirds of children reported at least one traumatic event by age 16, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. In Canada, one child in three is physically or sexually abused, or witnesses violence between adults in their home. Other adversities such as emotional neglect, living in an unsafe neighborhood, or experiencing prejudice and bullying are even more common. Studies in the United States show about 60 percent of children and teenagers have these adverse childhood experiences, or ACEs. The more severe the exposure, the greater the health risk.

The reason that ACEs contribute to so many diseases is that they are associated with many things that trigger other causes of disease. Think of ACEs as a “cause of causes.”

Health Risk Behaviors and Physiological Changes
As kids who have had adverse experiences grow up, they are more likely to smokedrink excessively, and use nonprescription drugs. They are more likely to engage in risky sexual activity and to become obese.

Growing up in conditions that are consistently frightening or stressful affects the biology of developing bodies, especially the development of the systems that regulate our reactions to threats, from predators to viruses. ACEs are even associated with changes in our chromosomes that are linked to early mortality.

Interpersonal and Psychological Effects
As psychiatrists for adults who experience physical and mental illness in combination, our patients often tell us about the personal impact of ACEs. One man said he didn’t “have even the slightest shadow of a doubt that a loss of human connection is the most substantial negative impact” of these experiences. The health costs of human disconnection are profound. Indeed, lacking interpersonal support may hasten mortality as much or more than smoking, excessive drinking, inactivity, obesity, or untreated high blood pressure

It greatly increases the risk of depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and addictions. The one in three adults who experienced childhood sexual or physical abuse or witnessed interpersonal violence at home have at least twice the incidence of these disorders compared to others…

Save & Share Info re Detox

This list came from a FaceBook friend and it looks good to me. It’s also important to maintain a simple, healthy diet if you need to heal from anything. Find an ethnic cuisine that suits you and follow it. Most “primitive” people build healing into their diets. Africans and Asians do not traditionally drink milk and often prove to be allergic to it. Modern foods are often not condusive to health and well-being: refined sugar, refined salt, white flour, canned or bottled fruit juices, manufactured foods. Cultured and fermented foods are common to most cultures and a little bit can go a long way to helping your body work well: sauerkraut, kimchee, kombucha, kefir, yogurt, sourdough breads.

Take a few clues from the following list, but after the first four (zinc, vitD3, vitC, iodine) you don’t have to use all of them…

Detox from vax or from spike protein transmission found on FaceBook

Spike Protein Protection for those who have taken the experimental shot:

–  Zinc (30-80mg per day)
–  Vitamin D3
–  Lyposheric Vitamin C (30ml, twice daily)
– Iodine

– Quercetin (500-1000mg, twice daily)
– CoEnzyme Q10 and PQQ
– Pine Needle Tea for shikimic acid or shikimate (from green edible pine needles). There are toxic pine needles out there too, use caution. Pine needle tea contains suramin which is good for shedding prevention. When drinking pine needle tea, drink the oil resin that accumulates too. Shikimate, shikimic acid and their derivatives possess: cancer fighting, antiviral, antimicrobial, anticoagulant and antithrombotic properties.
– Fennel and/or Star Anise Tea: These are also an excellent source of shikimate or shikimic acid (neutralize the spike protein)
– C60 (1-3 droppers full daily)
– Charcoal (2-4 capsules daily): charcoal is the pre-eminent detoxifier and when taken on an emty stomach, works its way down into the intestines and activates a blood purification process known as “interstitial dialysis.”
– Citrus fruit (especially blood oranges, due to their high hesperidin content — hesperidin is a chalcone like quercetin that deactivates spike protein)
– Peppermint (very high in hesperidin)
– Wheatgrass & wheatgrass Juice (blades are high in shikimate)

Superherbs to help disable spike protein:
– Schizanfra Berry (high in shikimate)
– Triphala formulations
– St John’s Wort (shikimate is found in entire plant)
– Comfrey Leaf (rich in shikimate)
– Feverfew (leaves & flowers are rich in shikimate)
– Gingko Biloba Leaf (rich in shikimate)
– GiantHyssop or Horsemint (Agastache urtifolia) (rich in shikimate)
– LiquidAnbar (sweet gum tree) A tea of the spiky seed pods is rich in shikimate.
