Star anise is a spikey-looking thing which contains shikimic acid (which Mike explains in this video). The Covid-19 spike protein is also spikey-looking. They are apparently a match made in heaven.
Add anise to soups, teas, etc but consume it gradually in small amounts at first. It smells and tastes pleasant, somewhat like licorice. Some say fennel seeds (which also smell and taste like licorice) and pine needles (which also look spikey from the end) can be used for the same purpose.
