Missing 13th Amendment Found: “No Lawyers In Public Office”?

This story reveals a modification to the U.S. Constitution that must have required a great deal of “behind the scenes” work to accomplish. Who could have done that, and why?

What this article says to me is that the possibility for healing our country is contained in a return to our roots. Could a restoration of the original U.S. Constitution and its original 13th Amendment make the United States whole again? Could it be freed at last from the grip of the British monarchy?

Just imagine how very different Congress would be without a privileged class that is above the law, rather than the current self-appointed aristocracy. Imagine if, rather than the unwieldy, convoluted legal system we now have, important decisions were made in simple, plain, clear language, featuring qualities such as fairness, common sense, economic soundness, logic, ethics and compassion. Imagine (as difficult as it may be) an honest Congress (say that ten times in rapid succession).

Working at law offices in big cities taught me that the work of lawyers is not always as it seems to be. Experts in “Environmental Law”, for example, did not work to protect the environment. Rather, they worked to help big companies skirt the rules and get what they wanted, despite the law. Environmental Law firms were experts in twisting and turning and defying the law. They taught big companies how to rape the environment yet stay within the letter of a huge, convoluted legal system, made by lawyers for lawyers rather than made by people for The People.

In the winter of 1983, archival research expert David Dodge, and former Baltimore police investigator Tom Dunn, were searching for evidence of government corruption in public records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine.

By chance, they discovered the library’s oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears on current copies of the Constitution. Moreover, after studying the Amendment’s language and historical context, they realized the principle intent of this “missing” 13th Amendment was to prohibit lawyers from serving in government. So began a seven-year, nationwide search for the truth surrounding the most bizarre Constitutional puzzle in American history — the unlawful removal of a ratified Amendment from the Constitution of the United States.

Since 1983, Dodge and Dunn have uncovered additional copies of the Constitution with the “missing” 13th Amendment printed in at least eighteen separate publications by ten different states and territories over four decades from 1822 to 1860. In June of this year (1991), Dodge uncovered the evidence that this missing 13th Amendment had indeed been lawfully ratified by the state of Virginia and was therefore an authentic Amendment to the American Constitution. If the evidence is correct and no logical errors have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was ratified in 1819 and removed from the U.S. Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War. Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications are enormous…

Censorship – A Child of Fear

Recently labelled  a Conspiracy Super-Spreader by AP and the Atlantic Council, Kevin Barrett has celebrated his new-found status with a scheduled presentation to Colorado 9/11 Truth  on the topic of censorship,  just as his False Flag Weekly News  has been summarily de-platformed by  Youtube .

This relentless purge of challenges to the corporate narrative is reaching a level that is impossible to satirize. Case in point, discussed by Barrett in his Feb. 19 edition referenced above, “YouTube censors all videos from an academic conference on the dangers of censorship

2007: GAO Report on BSL4 Labs in the USA: WTF?

HIGH-CONTAINMENT BIOSAFETY LABORATORIES
Preliminary Observations on the Oversight of the
Proliferation of BSL-3 and BSL-4 Laboratories in the
United States

A major proliferation of high-containment BSL-3 and BSL-4 labs is taking place in the United States, according to the literature, federal agency officials, and experts. The expansion is taking place across many sectors—federal, academic, state, and private—and all over the United States. Concerning BSL4 labs, which handle the most dangerous agents, the number of these labs has increased from 5—before the terrorist attacks of 2001—to 15, including at least 1 in planning stage. Information on expansion is available about highcontainment labs that are registered with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Select Agent Program, and that are federally funded. However, much less is known about the expansion of labs outside the Select Agent Program, as well as the nonfederally funded labs, including location, activities, and ownership.

No single federal agency, according to 12 agencies’ responses to our survey, has the mission to track the overall number of BSL-3 and BSL-4 labs in the United States. Though several agencies have a need to know, no one agency knows the number and location of these labs in the United States. Consequently, no agency is responsible for determining the risks associated with the proliferation of these labs.

We identified six lessons from three recent incidents: failure to report to CDC exposures to select agents by Texas A&M University (TAMU); power outage at the CDC’s new BSL-4 lab in Atlanta, Georgia; and release of foot-and-mouth disease virus at Pirbright in the United Kingdom. These lessons highlight the importance of (1) identifying and overcoming barriers to reporting in order to enhance biosafety through shared learning from mistakes and to assure the public that accidents are examined and contained; (2) training lab staff in general biosafety, as well as in specific agents being used in the labs to ensure maximum protection; (3) developing mechanisms for informing medical providers about all the agents that lab staff work with to ensure quick diagnosis and effective treatment; (4) addressing confusion over the definition of exposure to aid in the consistency of reporting; (5) ensuring that BSL-4 labs’ safety and security measures are commensurate with the level of risk these labs present; and (6) maintenance of high-containment labs to ensure integrity of physical infrastructure over time….

C-SPAN Washington Journal
Security Lapses at the Center for Disease Control

Alison Young talked about her recent article for USA Today about security lapses in labs at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that could pose bioterror threats, including the release of hazardous materials such as anthrax. She also talked about allegations that employees exposed to potential bioterror agents may not have received proper training. Topics included causes for the security lapses, who should be held accountable for the lapses, and who sets the standards for the labs.

Malthusians at FDA Attack Supplements

Proper supplementation is crucial to maintaining optimal health. But the FDA is working on a policy that would remove tens of thousands of supplements from the market while also threatening the ability of the industry to innovate. Contrary to the law, the agency is trying to create a pre-approval system for new supplements similar to what is required for drugs. Read our coverage for more details on the many things that are wrong with the FDA’s policy.

The FDA’s real aim, in our view, is to destroy supplement innovation in the hope that this will eventually destroy the supplement industry—a major gift to the pharmaceutical industry, to which the FDA is beholden. It is part of a wider attack on natural alternatives to drugs that cannot go through the FDA approval process because they are not patentable as new-to-nature drugs are. This excludes safe and effective medicines form mainstream medical care and seems designed to protect drug monopolies….

Congressional Resolution on Vitamin D

We must support a new resolution that officially recognizes what the FDA and FTC refuse to acknowledge—that vitamin D can help us fight COVID. Action Alert!

Congressman Glenn Grotham (R-WI) has introduced a House Resolution to “recognize the significant role vitamin D may play in the fight against COVID-19.” If passed, the resolution will encourage official recognition of vitamin D as effective in preventing serious COVID-19 infection. Supporting this resolution also builds momentum towards further recognition of natural medicine’s role in treating and preventing illnesses—even as the federal government seeks to undermine the free flow of information about these benefits.

Rep. Grotham’s press release cites, among other evidence, an initiative from an international alliance of researchers and doctors calling on governments to raise the daily recommended intake of vitamin D from 400 IU to 4,000 IU to reduce the severity of COVID-19.

Many in the natural health community have long understood the importance of vitamin D for preventing serious COVID-19 cases. Studies have shown that vitamin D deficiency is strongly correlated to COVID-19 mortality.

Rep. Grotham’s resolution underscores the absurdity of the federal government’s current position. As we’ve been reporting for months now, doctors and clinics have been attacked by the FDA and the FTC for sharing information about how vitamin D, in addition to other natural medicines, can help with COVID. Why? Because vitamin D isn’t FDA-approved for the treatment of COVID, and only FDA-approved drugs can claim to treat or prevent a disease.

This goes beyond just vitamin D, of course. We reported recently that Thailand approved the herb Andrographis paniculate to treat early COVID-19 infection. Other natural medicines like zinc, quercetin, and melatonin have shown promise in fighting COVID-19—so much promise that former President Trump’s medical team used natural medicines to treat his COVID infection. Hospital protocols in the US are even including vitamins D, C, and B, as well as zinc and melatonin, in their COVID-19 treatment protocols.

Older Americans and communities of color are at greatest risk of death from COVID-19, yet the government is blocking all of us from learning about how natural medicine can help keep us healthy. This is murderous bureaucratic indifference to what is happening to people, especially older Americans who are most at risk.

There is a way forward. ANH is building support for a legislative proposal that will allow companies to cite reputable studies describing the benefits of natural medicines. Making this information accessible will offer Americans more healthcare choices outside of expensive, dangerous, and often ineffective prescription drugs. Take action below to help us get this message to every member of Congress.

Action Alert! Support Rep. Grothman’s resolution and ANH’s legislative proposal to reform a healthcare system that blocks access to natural treatments that generally cannot go through FDA approval. Please send your message immediately.

Please help us overcome the censorship which is now severely restricting freedom of speech, communication and discourse. That means sharing our information as far and wide as you can.
