A perfect presentation to the U.S. Senate on the subject of term limits by Nick Tomboulides… his august audience was undoubtedly, tense. He was asking the entrenched to vote themselves out of their very cushy, mega-profitable, high-profile, prestigious, powerful positions. But if the Presidency has term limits, why not Congress?

Watch as term limits advocate compares Congress to lice and root canals! SIGN THE TERM LIMITS PETITION AT:… He tells this senate committee that 60% of Americans say that they would fire every single member of Congress if they could. And that the people have lost confidence in this Congress because career politicians routinely abuse power.

Michelle Obama Tried to Register to Run for President in 2017 & Was DENIED!

For those of us who have wondered, “Will Biden’s VP choice be Michelle?”, the answer is apparently no…

Michelle Obama tried to register to run for President in 2020 with the Secretary of State’s office this morning (April 2, 20017), the first step on a long to-do list to get a person on the ballot…

The State Department’s only job is to make sure that the candidate meets the three constitutional requirements to be president.

The first she meets easily. She is over thirty-five-years-old. The second she also meets having been born in the United Sates.

The third requirement, one few people think about, is where she came up short. You must be a resident “within the united states” for 14 years before you’re eligible. Why she doesn’t qualify is partly how she was raised but mostly of her own doing.

As a child, Michelle Obama’s legal residence was in the British Virgin Islands. Her parents kept it that way so she would be eligible for immigrant status and special consideration for schooling.

Between birth and age 22, when she graduated college, Michelle Obama had only racked up two years of legal, US residency.

After college, in order to avoid paying taxes, she kept an address in the Cayman Islands from which she filed all of her tax returns. Therefore, none of the years between the time she graduated and the time she became First Lady count either.

While in the White House, the Obamas filed joint returns, giving her another seven years of residency. At nine years of residency, she is ineligible to be president.

She will qualify in 2021…

Assange Indictment Criminalizes WikiLeaks Staff For Helping Snowden

The United States government expanded their indictment against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to criminalize the assistance WikiLeaks provided to NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden when staff helped him leave Hong Kong.

Sarah Harrison, who was a section editor for WikiLeaks, Daniel Domscheit-Berg, a former spokesperson, and Jacob Appelbaum, a digital activist who represented WikiLeaks at conferences, are targeted as “co-conspirators” in the indictment [PDF], though neither have been charged with offenses.

No charges were added, however, it significantly expands the conspiracy to commit computer intrusion charge and accuses Assange of conspiring with “hackers” affiliated with “Anonymous,” “LulzSec,” “AntiSec,” and “Gnosis.”

The computer crime charge is not limited to March 2010 anymore. It covers conduct that allegedly occurred between 2009 and 2015.

Prosecutors rely heavily on statements and chat logs from Sigurdur “Siggi” Thordarson and Hector Xavier Monsegur (“Sabu”), who were both FBI informants, in order to expand the scope of the prosecution.

In March, Judge Anthony Trenga dismissed the grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, that was investigating WikiLeaks. U.S. Army whistleblower Chelsea Manning, who refused to testify before the grand jury, was released from jail after spending about a year in confinement for “civil contempt.” She was still ordered to pay $256,000 in fines.

Activist Jeremy Hammond, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his involvement in the hack against the intelligence consulting firm Stratfor, refused to testify as well. Trenga ordered his release, and he was transferred back into the custody of the Bureau of Prisons.

Prosecutors accuse Assange and other WikiLeaks staffers of engaging in “efforts to recruit system administrators” to leak information to their media organization….

Experts See Ulterior Motives Behind Decision to Deport Emmanuel Constant to Haiti

After decades escaping justice, the United States finally deported death squad leader Emmanuel “Toto” Constant back to Haiti yesterday. Constant, leader of the infamous Revolutionary Front for the Advancement and Progress of Haiti (FRAPH) paramilitary, was immediately arrested as he touched down on the tarmac in Port-au-Prince, 26 years after he fled to the United States, where he received de facto political asylum. Constant was sentenced in absentia to life in prison by a Haitian court for his role in leading the 1994 Raboteau massacre, where the FRAPH slaughtered supporters of the recently ousted President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, who had been protesting the military dictatorship that overthrew him.

However, none of the Haiti experts that MintPress spoke to saw the news as a welcome development.

Friends in high places

“The timing of Constant’s deportation is especially worrisome. Not only did it occur in the midst of a global pandemic, with local resources stretched thin and attention focused elsewhere, but he can count on the support of certain segments of those in power in Haiti today,” said Jake Johnston, Senior Research Associate at the Center for Economic Policy Research in Washington, D.C., a think tank specializing in domestic and Latin American matters. “Prior Haitian governments had requested the U.S. deport Constant so that he could face justice for his role in the Raboteau massacre. The U.S. refused. Now, however, with one of his codefendants in the high command of the newly reinstalled military, former allies close to power, and a deeply politicized judiciary, his deportation is unlikely to lead to real justice or accountability – as surely the U.S. administration understands,” he added.

Jeb Sprague, a Research Associate at the University of California, Riverside, and author of “Paramilitarism and the assault on democracy in Haiti,” agreed. “My guess is that the government of Jovenel Moïse will not prosecute him. That government is very close to the far-right. And in fact it has a lot of former death squad and military members in official positions in the government,” he told MintPress….

Better sleep with a partner

In many countries, sharing a bed with a partner is common practice. Yet, research investigating the relationship between bed sharing and sleep quality is both scarce and contradictory. Most studies have compared co-sleep to individual sleep in couples by only measuring body movements. However, Dr. Henning Johannes Drews of the Center for Integrative Psychiatry (ZIP), Germany and colleagues overcame these limitations by also assessing sleep architecture in couples that shared a bed.

Researchers conducted the study among 12 young, healthy, heterosexual couples who spent four nights in the sleep laboratory. They measured sleep parameters both in the presence and absence of the partner using dual simultaneous polysomnography, which is a “very exact, detailed and comprehensive method to capture sleep on many levels — from brain waves to movements, respiration, muscle tension, movements, heart activity” says Dr. Drews. Additionally, the participants completed questionnaires designed to measure relationship characteristics (e.g., relationship duration, degree of passionate love, relationship depth, etc.)

The results showed that rapid-eye movement (REM) sleep is both increased and less disrupted in couples sleeping together compared to when they slept individually. This finding is particularly relevant because REM sleep, which is associated with vivid dreams, has been linked to emotion regulation, memory consolidation, social interactions and creative problem solving.

The team also found that couples synchronize their sleep patterns when sleeping together. This synchronization, which is not linked to the fact that partners disturb each other during the night, is positively associated with relationship depth. In order words, the higher participants rated the significance of their relationship to their life, the stronger the synchronization with their partner.

The researchers propose a positive feedback loop in which sleeping together enhances and stabilizes REM sleep, which in turns improves our social interactions and reduces emotional stress. Although researchers did not specifically measure these possible effects, Dr. Drews says that “since these are well known effects of REM sleep, it is very likely that they would be observed if testing for them.”

Interestingly, researchers found an increased limb movement in couples who share the bed. However, these movements do not disrupt sleep architecture, which remains unaltered. Dr. Drew states that “one could say that while your body is a bit unrulier when sleeping with somebody, your brain is not.”…

Or you could also say that the social/spiritual interaction continues during sleep.   Rather than disruption, movement is integral to it.

Initial COVID-19 infection rate may be 80 times greater than originally reported

Many epidemiologists believe that the initial COVID-19 infection rate was undercounted due to testing issues, asymptomatic and alternatively symptomatic individuals, and a failure to identify early cases.

Now, a new study from Penn State estimates that the number of early COVID-19 cases in the U.S. may have been more than 80 times greater and doubled nearly twice as fast as originally believed….

Covid-19 Has Turned Public Health Into a Lethal, Patient-Killing Experimental Endeavor

Dr. Meryl Nass has uncovered a hornet’s nest of government sponsored Hydroxychloroquine experiments that were designed to kill severely ill, Covid-19 hospitalized patients. On June 14th Dr. Nass first identified two Covid-19 experiments in which massive, high toxic doses – four times higher than usual of hydroxychloroquine were being given to severely ill hospitalized patients in intensive care units.

  • Solidarity was being conducted by the World Health Organization, on 3500 Covid-19 patients at 400 hospitals, across 35 countries. The hydroxychloroquine arm of the trial was suspended May 25th following the fraudulent Surgisphere report in The Lancet that claimed 35% higher death rates in patients receiving Hydroxychloroquine. But when The Lancet retracted the report, the WHO resumed the Solidarity trial’s hydroxychloroquine arm, on June 3rd. More than 100 countries expressed interest in participating in the trial.
  • Recovery is a similar experimental trial conducted in the UK, using very similar doses. It was sponsored by the Wellcome Trust (GlaxoSmithKline) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the UK government. The experiment was conducted at Oxford University, on 1,542 patients of these 396 patients (25.7%) died.

Update: After Dr. Nass’ discovery was publicly disseminated, the WHO suspended the hydroxychloroquine arm of the trial on Wednesday June 17th.

On Friday, June 19th, Dr. Nass uncovered a third, “Even Worse” hydroxychloroquine experiment. REMAP targets patients who are on a ventilator, or in shock – i.e., near death. Such patients are hardly capable of giving consent. Rather than attempting to save their lives, they are being used given multiple high doses of hydroxychloroquine and other drugs whose combination is contraindicated.

Of note: All the online protocols have been stamped “Not for IRB (Institutional Review Board) submission,”

Medical Destabilization of Native American Families Targets Infant Attachment Psychology Under Covid Pretext

Most american medical births are subjected to this kind of emotional vandalism to one degree or another, but it’s telling how targeted this particular scandal is.  It implies that the problem is not one of ignorance, but deliberate, organized malevolence.   We are all being targeted.

By now it is no secret that COVID-19 is being used to justify profiteeringpower grabs, and the incremental decimation of our right to privacy. It is also serving to perpetuate age-old practices of oppression against Native peoples and other minority groups in the United States, as evidenced by a secret policy enacted by a neonatal women’s hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which deliberately singled out First Nation mothers and separated them from their newborn infants as a “preventative measure” against the spread of the disease.

State-level investigators referred findings related to the allegations first published in a joint investigative report by Pro Publica and New Mexico In Depth, which revealed that Lovelace Women’s Hospital conducted special screenings for pregnant women who met the unique criteria of the underhanded policy. Women who appeared to be Native American or lived in a particular zip code were subjected to an “additional step” in the process that normally would only include temperature checks and questions about whether they had been in contact with an infected person.

Clinicians at the only medical institution in New Mexico dedicated to women’s health would compare the zip codes of expectant mothers with Indian Reservation zip codes and place matches on the informally-named “Pueblos list”, designating them as persons “under investigation”. So labeled women would then be administered COVID-19 tests, resulting in the separation of babies from their mothers for up to three days.

One clinician, who remained anonymous, decried the practice as racial profiling, stating that the hospital seems “to be specifically picking out patients from Native communities as at-risk whether or not there are outbreaks at their specific pueblo or reservation.” The clinician’s claims are supported by data that shows that ten of the zip codes on the aforementioned list do not have a high rate of infection.

Hospital spokesman Whitney Marquez asserted that the practice was delineated in CDC guidelines. But no mention of geographical criteria for infection prevention and control at healthcare facilities can be found in official CDC guidelines. Additionally, the hospital’s claims that the practice of identifying asymptomatic COVID-19 test candidates based on zip codes was consistent with the CDC guidelines for identifying “hot spots” falls flat, since these are determined by county and not zip code. Furthermore, of the 22 zip codes on the “Pueblos list,” very few are located in areas deemed to be a hot spot and several that do fall within those county borders are not included in the list….
