Anomalous Rate of Missing Children in Virginia in 2016

The NCMEC receives the majority of their funding from the US government’s Missing and Exploited Children (MEC) program. From the 2008 Congressional Research Service (CRS):

The 2008 CRS report released by Wikileaks in 2009, demonstrates that US government agencies throw money at the NCMEC even without receiving a request for funding.
