The American Empire and its Media

Largely unbeknownst to the general public, executives and top journalists of almost all major US news outlets have long been members of the influential Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Established in 1921 as a private, bipartisan organization to “awaken America to its worldwide responsibilities”, the CFR and its close to 5000 elite members have for decades shaped U.S. foreign policy and public discourse about it. As a well-known Council member famously explained, they transformed the American republic into a global empire, albeit a “benevolent” one.

Based on official membership rosters, the following illustration for the first time depicts the extensive media network of the CFR and its two main international affiliate organizations: the Bilderberg Group (covering mainly the U.S. and Europe) and the Trilateral Commission (covering North America, Europe and East Asia), both established by Council leaders to foster elite cooperation at the global level.

In a column entitled “Ruling Class Journalists”, former Washington Post senior editor and ombudsman Richard Harwood described the Council and its members approvingly as “the nearest thing we have to a ruling establishment in the United States”.

Harwood continued: “The membership of these journalists in the Council, however they may think of themselves, is an acknowledgment of their active and important role in public affairs and of their ascension into the American ruling class. They do not merely analyze and interpret foreign policy for the United States; they help make it. () They are part of that establishment whether they like it or not, sharing most of its values and world views.”

However, media personalities constitute only about five percent of the overall CFR network. As the following illustration shows, key members of the private Council on Foreign Relations have included:

  • several U.S. Presidents and Vice Presidents of both parties;
  • almost all Secretaries of State, Defense, and the Treasury;
  • many high-ranking commanders of the U.S. military and NATO;
  • some of the most influential Members of Congress (notably in foreign & security policy);
  • almost all National Security Advisors, CIA Directors, Ambassadors to the U.N., Chairs of the Federal Reserve, Presidents of the World Bank, and Directors of the National Economic Council;
  • many prominent academics, especially in key fields such as Economics and Political Science;
  • many top executives of Wall Street, policy think tanks, universities, and NGOs;
  • as well as the key members of both the 9/11 Commission and the Warren Commission (JFK)

Harvard economist and Kennedy supporter, John K. Galbraith, confirmed the Council’s influence: “Those of us who had worked for the Kennedy election were tolerated in the government for that reason and had a say, but foreign policy was still with the Council on Foreign Relations people.”

Princeton University professor and former CFR member Stephen F. Cohen described the Council as “America’s single most important non-governmental foreign-policy organization”, whose primary role is to “define the accepted, legitimate, orthodox parameters of discussion.” According to Cohen, “the CFR really is what the Sowjets used to call the very top-level of the Nomenclatura.”

And no less than John J. McCloy, the longtime chairman of the Council and advisor to several U.S. presidents, recalled about his time in Washington: “Whenever we needed a man we thumbed through the roll of the Council members and put through a call to New York [i.e., the CFR headquarters].”

German news magazine Der Spiegel once described the CFR as the “most influential private institution of the United States and the Western world” and a “politburo of capitalism”. Both the Roman-inspired logo of the Council (top right in the illustration above) as well as its slogan (ubique – omnipresent) appear to emphasize that ambition.

In his famous article about “The American Establishment”, political columnist Richard H. Rovere noted: “The directors of the CFR make up a sort of Presidium for that part of the Establishment that guides our destiny as a nation. () [I]t rarely fails to get one of its members, or at least one of its allies, into the White House. In fact, it generally is able to see to it that both nominees are men acceptable to it.”

Until recently, this assessment had indeed been justified. Thus, in 1993 former CFR director George H.W. Bush was followed by CFR member Bill Clinton, who in turn was followed by CFR “family member” George W. Bush. In 2008, CFR member John McCain lost against CFR candidate of choice, Barack Obama, who received the names of his entire Cabinet already one month prior to his election by CFR Senior Fellow (and Citigroup banker) Michael Froman. Froman later negotiated the TPP and TTIP free trade agreements, before returning to the CFR as a Distinguished Fellow.

It was not until the 2016 election that the Council couldn’t, apparently, prevail. At any rate, not yet.

Elite Child Trafficking: The Finders

In previous investigations, we worked to expose a powerful billionaire and registered sex offender – Jeffrey Epstein – and showed how Epstein and his co-conspirators were able to escape punishment for their role in abusing over 40 young girls. We noted that Epstein and people like him do not act alone in their efforts to feed their depraved desires. In Epstein’s case, he had an inner circle of people who helped him acquire young girls. In other cases there exist networks of individuals helping to pressure or even kidnap young children and force them into sexual bondage.

This time, we are going to explore the story of a cult that was suspected of international human trafficking in 1987. The Finders cult was a young group of men, women, and children who claimed to be nothing more than former hippies living an alternative lifestyle and practicing alternative parenting. The Finders were founded by a mysterious man with military connections nicknamed “The Game Caller” who believed in turning his life, and the lives of those around him, into a constant game or experiment.

Although more than 30 years have passed since The Finders made their way to the front page of newspapers all over the United States, questions still remain. Did the Game Caller’s games involve trafficking of children? What exactly were the finders finding? Why did this story make mainstream headlines and then disappear in less than a week? Was the story part of the “moral panic” of the 1980’s, or something more? We will answer these questions, and most importantly, we ask,

Who Will Find What The Finders Hide?

As we examine the story of The Finders cult i want to make all of our readers aware that everything in this investigation is documented and can be confirmed by looking at our sources. This story deals with accusations of Satanic activity, child trafficking, and intelligence operations. We take these claims seriously and went to great lengths to confirm the information we are about to present to you.

The Finders Arrested in Florida

On a chilly February morning in 1987, [Wednesday, February 4, 1987,] an anonymous caller tells the Tallahassee Police Department that two well-dressed men are at a local park with six kids and a blue van. The children are described as looking “disheveled” with potential signs of abuse. Tallahassee Police arrive and question Douglas E. Ammerman and Michael Houlihan. The two men say they are taking the kids to a school for brilliant children in Mexico. The men also say the children are being weaned from their mothers. Authorities eventually take the men and children into custody. A search of the van turns up 20 floppy computer disks, a TSR-80 computer, and a “device that police say could be used to hook into a computer in another location by telephone”.

Immediately it becomes clear that this case is not like any other. Following the arrests, the Associated Press reports that police had moved the six children from a shelter after receiving a “half-dozen” phone calls threatening the kids. [The AP notes] The children were moved to an undisclosed location where they were being protected by armed guards.

When interviewed by the police, the kids say the men are their teachers and that they have been living in a house with other children and adults. The police report also notes the kids are eating a raw food diet, covered in bug bites, and only fed as a reward for good behavior. The children are unaware of modern technology, including phones, televisions, hot water, staplers, typewriters, and electricity. The oldest child, Mary, says they receive instructions from “a man they called a Game Caller or a Game Leader”, the founder of The Finders, also known as Marion Pettie.

By Thursday February 5th, Tallahassee police confirm the children and men are part of a group known as The Finders. [U.S. District Court records in Washington indicate] A confidential police source previously told authorities the Finders were “a cult” that conducted “brainwashing” techniques at a warehouse and apartment in Washington D.C. [Source: Washington Post] This source tells of being recruited by the Finders with promises of “financial reward and sexual gratification” and of being invited by one member to “explore” satanism with them.

At this point officials with the U.S. Customs Service agency join the investigation due to suspicion that the potential crimes may have crossed state or national borders. The U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigations are also said to be investigating the case. After learning the children are based in the D.C. area, the Tallahassee department contacts D.C. Metropolitan Police to establish the identities of the children. Tallahassee police [spokesman Scott Hunt tells reporters the TPD] learn that D.C. police are already aware of the Finders.

On Friday February 6, Virginia State police raid a 90-acre farm owned by Marion Pettie in rural Madison County, Virginia. Neighbors of the farm say children were often brought to the farm in vans, usually crying. An FBI report states that “evidence of a satanic/cult ritual was discovered”. The same report notes that all reports regarding Finders are to be classified Secret.

Meanwhile, DC Metro Police and U.S. Customs Service agents raid other Finders properties, including a duplex apartment building and warehouse in Washington D.C. Police reports and articles from 1987 indicate that the DC police removed large plastic bags filled with color slides, photographs and photographic contact sheets from the warehouse. Some of the photos were of naked children [source: Washington Post].

U.S. Customs [spokesman David Hoover] tells the Post, ″We’re not saying that it’s pornographic, but it has all the earmarks.″ A U.S. Customs Service report describes some of the photos as showing blood rituals involving children slaughtering goats while adults in white robes watch. It also describes that they found instructions on how to purchase children. The importance of this report written by U.S. Customs Service agent Ramon J.Martinez will become clear as we move on. ….

Long-term unemployment linked to increase in neonatal opioid withdrawal syndrome

Babies born after being exposed to opioids before birth are more likely to be delivered in regions of the U.S. with high rates of long-term unemployment and lower levels of mental health services, according to a study from researchers at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the RAND Corporation.

Studying more than 6.3 million births in a diverse group of eight states, the study found that rural counties plagued by long-term unemployment had significantly higher rates of babies born with neonatal abstinence syndrome as compared to urban counties with lower unemployment rates.

Counties with shortages of mental health providers also had higher levels of neonatal abstinence syndrome as compared to other counties. The association was observed primarily in urban areas.

The study, published in the Jan. 29 edition of the Journal of the American Medical Association, is the first to examine the association between long-term economic conditions, health care provider shortage areas and the incidence of neonatal abstinence syndrome, which can occur when babies are chronically exposed to opioids before birth….

From the standpoint of our masters, this is a success story.   Eugenicists believe that genetics is the only useful correlate of human misery.   In the future such traumatized and lonely children will be tested and found to be as inferior as their parents, providing new income for the medico/pharma/prison treadmill and corroborating the eugenics hypothesis for those who are too busy studying their own feces to notice where their head is.

Continual consumption of aspartame found to increase oxidative stress in brain tissue

They’re allowed to add it to chewing gum without putting it on the label.

(Natural News) Researchers from King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia have found that aspartame, a common artificial sweetener, has a damaging effect on the brain. More specifically, they found that the long-term consumption of aspartame increases oxidative stress in brain tissue and disrupts neurotransmitters, which harms physiological functions.

  • For the study, the researchers assessed the effect of aspartame consumption on neurotransmitters and oxidative stress in the brain of rats.
  • Aspartame has been used as an alternative sweetener among people with diabetes and for weight management.
  • They randomly divided the rats into four groups: one group served as the control group, while the remaining groups were given aspartame at a dose of 50, 75, and 125 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) body weight per day, respectively.
  • The treatment period lasted for 40 days.
  • The researchers then collected blood and brain samples after 10, 20, 30, and 40 days from the start of the experiment for biochemical analysis.
  • The results showed that aspartame consumption reduced the antioxidant activities of glutathione and superoxide dismutase, while elevating the amount of oxidative stress by increasing malondialdehyde levels.
  • Aspartame intake also significantly reduced the levels of the brain neurotransmitters serotonin, GABA, and dopamine and increased the level of acetylcholine and norepinephrine.
  • The effect of aspartame is dose-dependent.
  • The findings of the study were published in the African Journal of Traditional, Complementary and Alternative Medicines.

In conclusion, these findings suggest that long-term aspartame consumption increased oxidative stress in brain tissue and disrupt neurotransmitters.

Five Vaccines Added to DoD’s “Standing Orders” Program

The pharma business model here is to induce chronic disease for the purpose of economic harvesting via drug prescriptions.  Why not?  What’s to stop them?   The guvamint?

Ah, to be naive again.   Some day the right combination of shots and pills will restore that blissful stupor.

In the year 2000, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published recommendations based on the effectiveness of vaccination “standing order” programs, which are put in place in settings providing health care, including medical facilities, pharmacies and even the workplace, increase vaccination rates among adults and children.1

What is a “Standing Order”?

Standing orders allow non-physician health professionals to treat patients following protocols that are often based on national clinical guidelines.2

According to the CDC’s 2000 report, vaccination standing order protocols authorize nurses and pharmacists to administer vaccinations according to an institution- or physician-approved protocol without a physician’s exam.” The report states that vaccination standing order programs can be implemented in multiple settings that include inpatient and outpatient facilities, long-term-care facilities, managed-care organizations, assisted living facilities, correctional facilities, pharmacies, adult workplaces, home health-care agencies, client, resident and employee settings.1

The Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) is a national non-profit organization funded by the CDC and vaccine manufacturers Astra Zeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi Pasteur and Seqiris.3 4 IAC “works to increase immunization rates” and lobbies for vaccine mandates and the elimination of vaccine exemptions.5 In recent years, IAC has added, “other appropriately trained healthcare personnel where allowed by state law” to the list of those who can administer vaccines under standing orders.6

As with all vaccination protocols, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) follows the recommendations published by the CDC’s ACIP as the basis for issuing vaccination standing orders that apply to active duty military personnel and family dependents, as well.7 Currently, the ACIP has 44 vaccines listed as part of the DoD standing orders program, out of which five vaccines were added to the list beginning January 2019. The vaccines that have been recently added include HPV (Gardasil 9); Inactivated Polio Vaccine for adults; varicella zoster (Varivax) chickenpox vaccine for adults; Japanese encephalitis (Ixiaro) vaccine for adults, children and adolescents.6

The DoD Military Health System’s website states that a physician must still be available to respond to a medical emergency when vaccines are administered should the patient suffer an immediate adverse effect that could be life threatening; however, the DoD website also states, “The use of standing orders in the military allows healthcare personnel working within their scope of practice as determined by their license and each Service to administer vaccines without an individual order or physician’s exam. This saves both the individual vaccinee and the provider time, while allowing for a safe and efficient vaccine delivery process in the absence of adequate allergy and immunology specialists.”6

The list of vaccines that can be giving under standing orders to all children and adults in the U.S. is listed here on the IAC website….

Who’s paying for the national ID database?

Trust your government or they’ll give you a reason not to trust them!

As part of a flurry of overdue year-end responses to our Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA)  requests, we’ve gotten some curious messages about Federal government funding for SPEXS, the national database of drivers’ license and state ID-card data being created — with no apparent consideration of its impact on privacy and civil liberties — to enable states to comply with the Federal REAL-ID Act of 2005.

The DHS continues to claim that SPEXS isn’t a Federal database: “REAL ID does not create a federal database of driver license information.” But we know that much of the funding for the SPEXS database and the “State-To-State” (S2S) system of which it is a component has come from Federal grants laundered through grants to states and then reassembled by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) to pay the contractors building and operating the database and network.

The second page of the SPEXS Master Specification, formerly posted by AAMVA on its website, said that preparation of the document had been funded in part by grants from two Federal agencies: the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), part of the Department of Transportation, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of the Department of Homeland Security:

We have no idea what a (nominally privatized) national ID database has to do with FEMA’s ostensible role in managing responses to emergencies. Does FEMA plan to deny Federal assistance in disaster recovery to people who don’t have (and may never have had) ID?

But whatever the rationalization for its involvement, FEMA has provided tens of millions of dollars a year in grants to states for “drivers license security”. FEMA has described these grants as being for “combined efforts of multiple States to work collaboratively in the design and development of a personal identification verification system architecture that all States share”. Much of this money has probably gone to AAMVA and its subctontractors for work on SPEXS and S2S. In Fiscal Year 2010, for example, FEMA handed out $48 million in these grants, including money for every state.

To find out more, we asked both FMCSA and FEMA for their records of the SPEXS Master Specification, and asked DHS for its records of any grants for SPEXS.

We’ve now gotten responses from FMCSA and FEMA claiming that neither agency can find a copy of the SPEXS specification document that AAMVA claims they paid to create:

The carefully worded response from FMCSA says that agency “did not award any direct grant funds to develop the SPEXS document”. That’s probably true, but weaselly. The FCMSA (and FEMA) funding was almost certainly laundered through state agencies before reaching AAMVA and AAMVA’s subcontractors.

It’s not clear why the FEMA (DHS) or FMCSA (DOT) would fund the development of specifications for a national database, but not obtain a copy of the document. Were they carrying out no oversight of how grant money was spent? Or were they trying to maintain “plausible deniability”  about whether SPEXS is a Federal (or Federally funded) database?

FEMA’s response does, however, refer to, “the group receiving the grant”, which suggests that FEMA was able to identity the relevant grant. We’re still waiting for any response to our separate request for records of this and any other DHS grants for SPEXS, which has been referred to FEMA as well as to DHS headquarters.

Argentina’s New Vaccine Law is a Blueprint for American Real ID

Colombian law 1626 was introduced in 2013. Bureaucratic language approved by a handful of senators established that HPV vaccination was “free and mandatory.” What followed was widespread injuries to girls1 who received an HPV shot which was never safety tested against a saline placebo2 and includes a scientifically problematic and controversial aluminum adjuvant.3 The authorities and health officials in the country deemed that any and all serious side effects experienced after the HPV vaccine were part of mass hysteria collectively experienced by the teenage girls. A ‘blame the victim’ stance was also implemented by health authorities in Ireland, Denmark, Japan, and other countries whose HPV vaccine rollout triggered massive injuries to teenage girls. Communities, such as Carmen de Bolívar,1 were torn apart by the injuries as the girls were left to suffer by a callous and complacent Colombian medical community.

In mid-December of 2018 Argentina unanimously passed its vaccine law4 through both cambers of congress without debate, political discussion and seeing just one negative vote against it. Learning nothing from the ongoing Colombian HPV issues, the new Argentinian law forces their entire 20 vaccine schedule upon its population of both children and adults. Using nearly identical talking points as seen in Colombia, the Argentinian bill’s author Dr. Pablo Yedlin boasted on Twitter, “They [vaccines] are free, they are your right and your obligation”

The law is perhaps the most overarching example seen to date of how invasive a government can become by forcing a medical intervention [vaccines] with questionable safety profiles onto its people. The recently approved law indicates “certification of compliance with the National Vaccination Calendar must be required” including for passports, driver’s licenses and National Identity Documents (DNI).

Argentinean media reports that the procedure of any identification document is not going to be interrupted for not having vaccines up to date, but that these procedures will serve as “control points” so that people comply with the corresponding vaccination. In Yedlin’s hometown of Tucuman, the media states, “… in order to facilitate universal coverage, in his province, Tucuman, vaccinators are being installed in some of the places where the DNI is obtained. In this way, those people who lack a vaccine may do so when they complete the paperwork, if they wish.”

The law goes even further to establish that there be mandatory advertisements and that all public health policies must be published and promoted in the media. It also establishes advantages of tax management for vaccines to clear customs by removing value added taxes and withholdings to shipments of vaccines that arrive in Argentinean ports.

Is America immune from the sweeping authoritarian moves being experienced in Argentina? In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, The REAL ID Act was passed by Congress in 2005 and enacted the 9/11 Commission’s recommendation that the Federal Government “set standards for the issuance of sources of identification, such as driver’s licenses.” The U.S. Department of Homeland Security states:

Starting October 1, 2020, every state and territory resident will need to present a REAL ID compliant license/ID, or another acceptable form of identification, for accessing Federal facilities, entering nuclear power plants, and boarding commercial aircraft.  This is what we call “card-based” enforcement.5

The government REAL ID mandate at the federal level requires the use of face biometric6 standards that allows for facial recognition and authentication of users. Radio host Robert Scott Bell was recently interviewed7 about the REAL ID by Del Bigtree on The HightWire. Bell, entering his twentieth year in broadcasting, has followed the progression of the REAL ID since its inception in 2005 and he warned:

The head of the Department of Homeland Security has the ability under this law to continue to expand, without congressional oversight, what laws and rules apply to this REAL ID.7

The disease prevention and health promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services put forth the federal initiative Healthy People 2020. Its goal has been set to have from seventy to ninety-five percent coverage of all childhood and adult vaccinations by the year 2020. Bell commented:

We could see an expansion into limiting your ability to travel if you are not fully vaccinated. Tie this into Healthy People 2020 mandates where they’re looking to go into adult mandates for vaccination.7

Adult mandates for vaccination in the U.S. have been slow to take hold compared to the Argentina blitzkrieg. Due to sustained and increasing resistance, vaccine injury deniers in government, often backed by or working with vaccine makers, have been hamstrung to get laws passed requiring vaccination for school entry. The major U.S. effort to target adults with mandatory and coercive vaccination has been at the medical level by targeting nurses….
