Measures to Reduce EMF Exposure

The link at the end of this article steers you to a page that is a good resource for minimizing your exposure to electromagnetic frequencies/ radiation (EMF/EMR), so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Excellent bits of advice. Save the page in your computer or print it out… just in case of a power outage.

Years ago, I purchased a meter that was advertised on amazon.com as a “ghost meter” to measure the EMF/EMR in my environment. It was an education to walk around my home and see what was causing my discomfort. One of the first things to go was the electric alarm clock.  Anything that makes sound, light, heat or motion, produces unnatural EMR. I bought a battery-operated clock that still serves me well. I removed all the rheostats and timers and replaced them with regular “on/off” switches. I moved from wifi to wired ethernet (which is actually faster than wifi).

Pray they switch soon from the microwave frequency to a safer system for electrical and electronic equipment. This stuff is not only undermining YOUR health, but also the health of your pets, plants and property. See “California wildfires”… how did they really begin? People in CA are very aware of the dangers of “smart meters” and PG&E is facing many, many lawsuits. Oh, and by the way, a head decision-maker at PG&E is also Vice-Chairman of Rothschild, Inc. Look it up.
