This was posted to usenet in 1997 by Ralph McGehee after he retired from the CIA but before they managed to shut him up. His original book costs $1600 on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Deadly-Deceits-Years-McGehee-1983-02-03/dp/B01FEKSZUM) There are newer and much cheaper editions but I’d be surprised if at least some of them haven’t been sanitized.
This is a small excerpt from a 3000 line article which he generated from his CIABASE database by searching for “death squads”. You can still find the original article here but don’t expect it to be available forever: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/misc.activism.progressive/ciabase$20honduras%7Csort:date/misc.activism.progressive/kehI6u6_lPk/-5HFraFc2s8J
Needless to say all the handwringing about human rights that you see in the major media is shameless psychopathic BS. These are the institutions and talking heads that have made many decades of such satanic activity possible and continue to do so, by covering up both history and current events as they have probably done since they became publicly traded corporations. It is not at all a stretch to say that we live under a satanic theocracy and that the MSM itself is satanic. http://thoughtcrimeradio.net/2013/10/united-states-government-is-a-luciferian-theocracy/
It is simply impossible to exaggerate how bad things could get very quickly in this country if we don’t get control of the money system and economy. Economic catastrophe is what makes ordinary people cooperate with such depravity. For all his faults, trump may well be our last chance.
Now you know why I sometimes get so dark here. I really wish I didn’t know this stuff.

Honduras: Death Squads
Honduras, 1981-87. Florencio Caballero, who served as a torturer and a member of a death squad, said he was trained in Texas by the CIA. He said he was responsible for the torture and slaying of 120 Honduran and other Latin American citizens. The CIA taught him and 24 other people in a army intelligence unit for 6 months in interrogation. psychological methods — to study fears and weaknesses of a prisoner, make him stand up, don’t let him sleep, keep him naked and isolated, put rats and cockroaches in his cell, give him bad food, throw cold water on him, change the temperature. Washington Post, 6/8/1988, B3
Honduras, circa 1982-87. Army Battalion 3/16, a special counterinsurgency force which many considered a kind of death squad, was formed in 1980. Florencio Caballero, a former battalion member, described a clandestine paramilitary structure for repressing leftists. Caballero, who studied interrogation techniques in Houston, said the CIA was extensively involved in training squad members. NACLA 2/1988, 15, from New York Times, 5/2/1987
Honduras, March 1986. Apart from CIA training of a battalion implicated in death squad activities and torture, Honduran army defector said CIA arranged a fabricated forced “confession” by kidnapped prisoner that he headed a guerrilla front and had planned attacks against U.S. installations. This in operation truth. Chomsky, N. (1988). The Culture of Terrorism, 239

Honduras, 1982-86. Zuniga told congressional staffers about the 316 Battalion established with the knowledge and assistance of the U.S. Embassy. By 1984 more than 200 Honduran teachers, students, labor leaders, and opposition politicians had been murdered. The CIA had knowledge of the killings. Zuniga killed in 9/1985. Mother Jones, 4/1987, 48
Honduras. Capt. Alexander Hernandez, a graduate of U.S. International Police services training program, has played a central role in Honduran death squad activities and the war in Nicaragua. Early 1986 New York Times reports that CIA was providing “training and advice in intelligence collection” to Hernandez’ unit “as part of a program to cut off arms shipments from Nicaragua to leftist rebels in Honduras and El Salvador.” New York Times also says that CIA knew of the assassinations but “looked the other way.” The Nation, 6/7/1986, 793
U.S. policy in Honduras, particularly during the Obama administration, is directly responsible for part of the immigration crisis now gripping the U.S., argues Joseph Nevins.
Central American migrants – particularly unaccompanied minors – are again crossing the U.S.-Mexico boundary in large numbers.
Under the Obama administration In 2014, more than 68,000 unaccompanied Central American children were apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico boundary. There were more than 60,000 in 2016.
The mainstream narrative often reduces the causes of migration to factors unfolding in migrants’ home countries. In reality, migration is often a manifestation of a profoundly unequal and exploitative relationship between migrant-sending countries and countries of destination. Understanding this is vital to making immigration policy more effective and ethical.
Through my research on immigration and border policing, I have learned a lot about these dynamics. One example involves relations between Honduras and the United States.
U.S. Roots of Honduran Emigration
I first visited Honduras in 1987 to do research. As I walked around the city of Comayagua, many thought that I, a white male with short hair in his early 20’s, was a U.S. soldier. This was because hundreds of U.S. soldiers were stationed at the nearby Palmerola Air Base at the time. Until shortly before my arrival, many of them would frequent Comayagua, particularly its “red zone” of female sex workers.

U.S. military presence in Honduras and the roots of Honduran migration to the United States are closely linked. It began in the late 1890s, when U.S.-based banana companies first became active there. As historian Walter LaFeber writes in “Inevitable Revolutions: The United States in Central America,” American companies “built railroads, established their own banking systems, and bribed government officials at a dizzying pace.” As a result, the Caribbean coast “became a foreign-controlled enclave that systematically swung the whole of Honduras into a one-crop economy whose wealth was carried off to New Orleans, New York, and later Boston.” …
A farm bill that opponents say would harm endangered species, land conservation efforts, small-scale farmers and food-stamp recipients passed the U.S. House of Representatives 213 to 211, with every House Democrat and 20 Republicans voting against it, The Center for Biological Diversity reported.
A similar farm bill failed to pass the House in May when it was caught in the crossfire over immigration reform, but the new bill retains its most controversial provisions.
The bill, officially titled H.R. 2, the Agriculture and Nutrition Act of 2018, is a major win for the pesticide industry, which spent $43 million on lobbying this Congressional season. It would ax a requirement that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service assess a pesticide’s impact on endangered species before the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approves it and relax the Clean Water Act’s provision that anyone releasing pesticides into waterways obtain a permit.
“This farm bill should be called the Extinction Act of 2018,” Center for Biological Diversity Government Affairs Director Brett Hartl said. “If it becomes law, this bill will be remembered for generations as the hammer that drove the final nail into the coffin of some of America’s most vulnerable species.”…
Sesame Credit is the all-encompassing technological and authoritarian system now used by China to control its citizenry. China has been emerging as a New World Order model for decades. Although there is a superficial facing off between the US-led West on one side, and China-Russia on the other side, the NWO plan is to use the friction created in these geopolitical battles to merge all the nations of the world under a One World Government.
Many NWO controllers have long displayed open admiration for the Chinese model of authoritarianism, centralized power and the large amount of control it wields over its massive population. Recently China introduced a massive society-wide system called Zhima Credit (Sesame Credit), a full-spectrum social credit system that assigns a score to citizens based on how “good” they are. This system is based on gamification, i.e. the gamifying of virtually every human endeavor, itself based on the exploitation of brain chemistry (dopamine hits) and human psychology. However, it’s not just a harmless game; it can have serious real-world consequences. Chinese journalist Liu Hu felt the brunt of the Chinese NWO model when he was denied the ability to buy property, take out a loan, buy an airplane ticket or even to travel on a Chinese trains.
Sesame Credit: Denying Dissenters the Right to Financially Transact
For starters, we are told by none less than the Chinese Supreme Court itself that the underlying philosophy of Sesame Credit is once untrustworthy, always restricted. Now that is a chilling and anti-freedom philosophy if there ever was one. Imagine if this same principle were applied in reverse by citizens towards their governments. What government on Earth would survive? What authority would not have a sufficient level of corruption to be found “untrustworthy” in some way? Imagine if we lived in a world where the People could could simply apply this to the governments and instantaneously “restrict” them.
In the USA there is a whole system of credit reports and credit scores that allow banks and lenders to rank borrowers based on how creditworthy they are. This has consequences for taking out loans for houses, cars and other reasons, as well as for obtaining credit cards. However, the system is based purely on your financial history, activity and level of responsibility. Sesame Credit takes the idea to a whole new level. The algorithm generates a score not just based on your financial history, but numerous other inputs such as your criminal record, whether you pay your taxes, fines and fees, how well you obey traffic rules and other laws, your shopping and lifestyle habits and – here’s the big one – how well you support the government.
For the Chinese, Sesame Credit is now starting to rule their lives. It determines their access to loans, housing, social services, certain types of employment, travel, university and information (internet). It is influencing and determining all sorts of behavior – even who people choose to befriend, since their Sesame Credit score becomes lower or higher depending upon the scores of their friends. Clearly, this is a far-reaching and dangerous kind of technological social engineering which reduces the value of a human being to a number, and essentially forces them to respect authority in order to maintain their standard of living. …
Lest you think this nightmare is uniquely based in chinese culture, please note that it was made in the USA. It imposition in china was facilitated by their extreme poverty and of course Mao’s membership in skull and bones. It’s only taking a little longer here and in europe. The nazi’s didn’t lose WWII, they only went back into hiding on wall street and the city of london.
Whatever the price of the Chinese Revolution, it has obviously succeeded not only in producing more efficient and dedicated administration, but also in fostering high morale and community of purpose. The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao’s leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history.– David Rockefeller https://www.nytimes.com/1973/08/10/archives/from-a-china-traveler.html
For much of the year, independent media has felt the sting of increased social media censorship, as the “revolving door” between U.S. intelligence agencies and social-media companies has manifested in a crackdown on news that challenges official government narratives. With many notable independent news websites having shut down since then as a result, those that remain afloat are being censored like never before, with social media traffic from Facebook and Twitter completely cut off in some cases. Among such websites, social media censorship by the most popular social networks is now widely regarded to be the worst it has ever been – a chilling reality for any who seek fact-based perspectives on major world events that differ from those to be found on well-known corporate-media outlets that consistently toe the government line.
Last August,MintPress reported that a new Google algorithm targeting “fake news” had quashed traffic to many independent news and advocacy sites, with sites such as the American Civil Liberties Union, Democracy Now, and WikiLeaks, seeing their returns from Google searches experience massive drops. The World Socialist Website, one of the affected pages, reported a 67 percent decrease in Google returns while MintPress experienced an even larger decrease of 76 percent in Google search returns. The new algorithm targeted online publications on both sides of the political spectrum critical of U.S. imperialism, foreign wars, and other long-standing government policies.
Now, less than a year later, the situation has become even more dire. Several independent media pages have reported that their social media traffic has sharply declined since March and – in some cases – stopped almost entirely since June began. For instance, independent media website Antimedia – a page with over 2 million likes and follows – saw its traffic drop from around 150,000 page views per day earlier this month to around 12,000 as of this week. As a reference, this time last year Antimedia’s traffic stood at nearly 300,000 a day.
Other pages, particularly those that promote natural-health news along with political news, have seen their pages deleted without warning by Facebook as recently as earlier this week….
