I just ran across these photos and had to stop and wonder: are they mind controlled or just crazy? Which possibility is more scary?

Let me add that this also illustrates the inability of embedded bureaucrats to conceive of their role in sustaining the imperial system which produces the masses of unemployed and destitute people that they deem to be expendable.
