Russ Baker on Boston Bombing Trial

Russ Baker Recaps Tsarnaev Trial, Most Questions Remain Unanswered

Russ Baker, publisher of returns to recap the political show trial that produced a death sentence for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, while sealing off the full story.   Baker and his team of reporters provided the most detailed, journalistic coverage of this controversial case, where the corporate media has been content to convey the government’s highly controlled narrative, unchallenged.  Review WhoWhatWhy’s reports here.

We open with discussion of the decision to try this local crime as a federal case, which enabled a death penalty despite the Massachusetts ban on capital punishment.  The jury was not comprised of “peers”, since all jurors had to support the death penalty in order to be selected, and only about 30% of Boston residents support it.

We note the judge’s refusal to change the venue of the trial, and excessive charges like #6, which connects the death of MIT cop Sean Collier to a bombing, when he was killed with a gun.  That the jury ratified such an incoherent charge raises serious questions about their findings of guilt on all charges.

While the focus of the defense team was limited to sparing Tsarnaev’s life, they made little effort to challenge the prosecution’s exaggerations and circumstantial evidence, and did not inform the jury about a range of important issues, like Uncle Ruslan’s ties to the CIA, brother Tamerlan’s contacts with the FBI and other factors that suggest the brothers might be patsies of state agencies. ….

‘Conspiracy Theorists’ Are Causing Militants To Abandon ISIS

Radicals complain recruits are turning away as they discover Western intelligence controls extremist groups

A report in the official propaganda magazine of ISIS this month bemoans the fact that the terror group is losing members because of so called ‘conspiracy theories’ that Western intelligence manipulates and controls extremists for its own agenda.

The International Business Times reports that the magazine, Dabiq, condemns conspiracy theorists, referring to their ideas and beliefs as “sinful”.

“If the mujahedeen liberated territory occupied by the kuffar [infidels], they would say that the kuffar allowed them to do so because kafir [disbelievers] interests’ necessitated a prolonged war,” the article states.

“According to these theorists, almost all the events of the world were somehow linked back to the kuffar, their intelligence agencies, research, technology, and co-conspirators!” the extremist rag proclaims.

“Conspiracy theories have thereby become an excuse to abandon jihad.” the piece, entitled Conspiracy Theory Shirk (Sin), declares.

InfoWars has long highlighted how Al Qaeda and ISIS are, at the very least, used by intelligence agencies in a grand game of geopolitical chess. It is indisputable that Al Qaeda was seeded by the CIA and Saudi intelligence in the late seventies and early eighties.

Clearly, the ISIS propaganda piece was published before it was revealed this week (by Western intelligence) that Osama Bin Laden himself was an avid conspiracy theorist.

According to newly declassified US government documents, around half of Bin Laden’s reading list was made up of titles about general political and intelligence conspiracies, alternative 9/11 theories, as well as literature on secret societies such as the Illuminati.

“In terms of the materials that are there, some of the things that we’ve found to be of note were that bin Laden was probably an avid conspiracy theorist,” an anonymous senior intelligence official told Buzzfeed. “Of the 38 full-length English-language books he had in his possession, about half of them were conspiracy theory books.”

As Infowars noted, Bin Laden being obsessed with literature which disputes the official narrative that he had masterminded the 9/11 attacks makes little sense [if he had in fact masterminded 9/11] …

Presumably something similar is happening on the western side, as compartmentalized bureaucrats and military are discovering the true nature of their “leadership”.

Former UN IPCC Lead Author: Global Warming Caused By ‘Natural Variations’ In Climate

Global temperature change observed over the last hundred years or so is well within the natural variability of the last 8,000 years, according to a new paper by a former Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change (IPCC) lead author.

Dr. Philip Lloyd, a South Africa-based physicist and climate researcher, examined ice core-based temperature data going back 8,000 years to gain perspective on the magnitude of global temperature changes over the 20th Century.

What Lloyd found was that the standard deviation of the temperature over the last 8,000 years was about 0.98 degrees Celsius– higher than the 0.85 degreesclimate scientists say the world has warmed over the last century.

“This suggests that while some portion of the temperature change observed in the 20th century was probably caused by greenhouse gases, there is a strong likelihood that the major portion was due to natural variations,” Lloyd wrote in his study.

The United Nations’ IPCC claims there’s been 0.85 degrees Celsius of warming since the late 1800s, and concludes that most of this warming is due to human activities– mainly, the burning of fossil fuels and changes in land use. The IPCC says that “more than half of the observed increase in global average surface temperature from 1951 to 2010” have been caused by human activity.

If Lloyd’s results hold, the IPCC may have to revise how much warming it attributes to mankind. In any case, the IPCC’s estimate of man-made and natural warming (0.85 degrees) is still below the standard deviation for the last 8,000, according to Lloyd’s results. This means that warming is not very significant within the context of the Earth’s recent climate history. …

George Soros Funded Destabilization Operation in Ferguson

Obviously something strange is going on when the billionaire involved in funding the nazi revolution in ukraine is also funding protests in ferguson.   It’s a given that the feds and soros are working together.   Good cop/bad cop.

More Proof Of Paid Protesters: Ad Asking For Protesters To Travel To Protest, List Of Payouts To #Ferguson Protest Organizers

MORE and OBS, two groups funded by George Soros, advertised money available for people willing to travel to protest

After protesters protested not getting their checks from MORE on May 14th, MORE allegedly distributed the following list as to who was paid to protest in Ferguson and elsewhere, to show where the money had been going…..

Obviously, as we’ve mentioned before, this is far from a ‘grass roots spontaneous’ protest….

Let’s see, the feds militarize the cops, foster the institutionalization of police violence, and then their wall street buddy soros helps intensify the justifiable reaction.   A classic destabilization tactic: create atrocity-inducing situations in order to polarize the community and undermine civil society.     Similar tactics were used in iraq.   Break down social cohesion and you eliminate the possibility of uniting against the common enemy, the satanic gangsters who are busy wrecking the US economy, who are in control of washington.

Senate kills bill on NSA domestic surveillance reform

The USA Freedom Act has failed in the Senate, stalling an effort to reform certain federal surveillance programs before an end-of-the-month deadline ends the government’s ability to collect the phone records of Americans.

During a Senate vote on Friday, the bill was rejected by a vote of 57-42. It had previously been passed in the House of Representatives with overwhelming success.

The Senate will return to Washington on May 31 to consider ways to prevent the expiration of the program on June 1, according to Republican US Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Had lawmakers approved the Freedom Act, the bulk collection of Americans’ telephone records, as conducted by the government under a controversial interpretation of Section 215 of the Patriot Act, would have been limited by new restrictions.

The “USA Patriot Act” as a whole also fell short of being adopted, with the Senate voting 45-54. A total of 60 votes in favor were needed to advance the measure.

On June 1, the legal authorization permitting the bulk collection of American’s so-called phone “metadata” expires, calling into question the future of federal counter-terrorism and national security operations. …

Crying and shackled, mother consents to son’s circumcision after being jailed

Heather Hironimus, a mom from Florida, agreed to her son’s circumcision after spending a week in custody, putting an end to a yearlong battle she led against the 4-year-old’s father, who insisted the procedure be performed.

Hironimus on Friday signed the paperwork allowing the circumcision in a courtroom, crying and clasping her shackled hands, according to the Associated Press account.

The woman had been under arrest since May 14, facing criminal charges for interfering with the child’s custody. She and her child went missing in February after a circuit and appeals court sided with the father in the circumcision dispute. Hironimus and the boy’s father, Dennis Nebus, initially agreed to the procedure in an agreement filed in court. The mother later changed her mind.

Hironimus lost the case in May 2014, when the court found that the boy should be circumcised, according to the Orlando Sun Sentinel.

The judge ordered Hironimus to bring her son to court, where she was to be compelled to agree to a scheduled circumcision procedure, but she never did. Instead, the woman hid in a domestic violence shelter to avoid being arrested.

In April, Heronimus filed a lawsuit against both Nebus and the judge, saying there was no medical reason for her son’s circumcision. Moreover, the child was afraid and didn’t want to undergo the procedure, she said, adding that it could result in negative physical and psychological effects.

Hironimus has only been released from a civil harassment restraining order and still faces a criminal charge, meaning the remaining length of her jail-stay remains unclear. …
