9/11 and the Comicbook Version of History

Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton have released a ten year anniversary follow-up to the 9/11 Commission Report, “Today’s Rising Terrorist Threat and the Danger to the United States: Reflections on the Tenth Anniversary of the 9/11 Commission Report.”

As the title suggests, the latest report claims the terror threat, primarily Islamic in origin, has grown exponentially since the September 11, 2001 attack allegedly perpetrated by al-Qaeda. Despite the expansion of the police state and the diminishment of civil liberties the threat remains, Kean and Hamilton insist, and, more worrisome, the American people are lackadaisical:

Many Americans think that the terrorist threat is waning – that, as a country, we can begin turning back to other concerns. They are wrong. The absence of another major attack on the homeland is a success in itself but does not mean that the terrorist threat has diminished. The threat remains grave, and the trend lines in many parts of the world are pointing in the wrong direction. We cannot afford to be complacent – vigorous counterterrorism efforts are as important as ever. Without public support, the government will not be able to sustain the robust capabilities and policies needed to keep Americans safe.

Kean and Lee cite a litany of potential terror threats, from al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula to thousands of foreign fighters in Syria. Left unmentioned is the role the United States has played in creating this panoply of threats.

“The Saudi-born Ibrahim al-Asiri, AQAP’s chief bomb maker, devised the underwear bomb worn by Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab,” they write.

Ignored is the nearly comical ineptitude of this “chief bomb maker” who  is supposedly responsible for the Northwest Airlines Flight 253 fizzle bomb caper carried out by Abdulmutallab, a witless patsy who was allowed to keep his U.S. entry visa as the result of a national security override. Hassan al-Asiri also allegedly made the bombs discovered on cargo planes in Dubai. Both bungled plots were attributed to AQAP and Anwar al-Awlaki, the former FBI operative who dined at the Pentagon a few months after 9/11. ….

etc etc etc… do you feel insulted yet?  Or are you just keeping your head down in the hope they won’t come after you?  If so, you’re kidding yourself.  They’re going to come after EVERYONE sooner or later.  They have the technical means and the motivation because they are everyone’s enemy.   Now is the time to speak the obvious.  Tomorrow it may be too late.

Guilt By Insinuation

…Putin reminded Washington: “We repeatedly called upon all conflicting sides to stop the bloodshed immediately and to sit down at the negotiating table. I can say with confidence that if military operations were not resumed [by Kiev] on June 28 in eastern Ukraine, this tragedy wouldn’t have happened.”

What is the American response?

Lies and insinuations.

Yesterday (July 20) the US Secretary of State, John Kerry confirmed that pro-Russian separatists were involved in the downing of the Malaysian airliner and said that it was “pretty clear” that Russia was involved. Here are Kerry’s words: “It’s pretty clear that this is a system that was transferred from Russia into the hands of separatists. We know with confidence, with confidence, that the Ukrainians did not have such a system anywhere near the vicinity at that point and time, so it obviously points a very clear finger at the separatists.”

Kerry’s statement is just another of the endless lies told by US secretaries of state in the 21st century. Who can forget Colin Powell’s package of lies delivered to the UN about Saddam Hussein’s “weapons of mass destruction” or Kerry’s lie repeated endlessly that Assad “used chemical weapons against his own people” or the endless lies about “Iranian nukes”?

Remember that Kerry on a number of occasions stated that the US had proof that Assad crossed the “red line” by using chemical weapons. However, Kerry was never able to back up his statements with evidence. The US had no evidence to give the British prime minister whose effort to have Parliament approve Britain’s participation with Washington in a military attack on Syria was voted down. Parliament told the prime minister, “no evidence, no war.”

Again here is Kerry declaring “confidence” in statements that are directly contradicted by the Russian satellite photos and endless eye witnesses on the ground.

Why doesn’t Washington release its photos from its satellite?

The answer is for the same reason that Washington will not release all the videos it confiscated and that it claims prove that a hijacked 9/11 airliner hit the Pentagon. The videos do not support Washington’s claim, and the US satellite photos do not support Kerry’s claim….

If you think this is just russian propaganda check out the BBC’s expose on gladio in the reference section and search for the Sibel Edmonds series on gladio on this site.  Russia has largely shaken free of bankster-nazi domination but the USA is still in their orbit.
